“Excellent ”

“The staff was very friendly And helpful. Check-in was a breeze. We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel, extra charge but that is to be expected. Our room was on the 2nd floor, some of the wood railings could use some work. ie sanding/painting We rented a boat for the day, very easy and smooth process. Would highly recommend. We didn't visit the bar as we were out afternoons and evenings, if they were open in the am would have had some tasty beverages. The Hotel is expanding, I……

“We really love this hotel. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. We could watch the sunset in the evening right in front of our room. Waterfront hotel, easy access to everything yet out of the main hubbub of town. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“It was great for what we needed. Room was clean and close to a boat ramp. Our dog was with us and had no issues with that. Parking is usually great but we went on popular holiday weekend so it was packed however staff was very helpful with that.”

“Excellent host and getaway! Room comes with use of the courtyard and grill, with ample seating and shade. Also included is the use of bicycles for riding into town, and a double kayak. Room was uplifting and well appointed - we even had a juicer to make our own salad dressing! There was a family in the adjacent studio, but walls were sound and our room remained quiet. “Room was dirty, bed cover and sheets had food and stains in them, shower and tub was moldy and mildewed, and the bath towels had dark spots in them. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and there was a dead palmetto bug on the floor. The desk attendant the 1st night was nice, but said there was nothing she could do as the housekeeper had left for the night. She left a note for the manager to take care of the issues the next day.
