「No, the pancakes were still out at 330 pm when we checked in, the hot tub was half full and gross looking, there was cigarette butts all over the railings and ground, staff was hard to get a hold off. My room ended up having a broken faucet on the tub and floooded the floor. They had to shut water off to the room and we had to leave and get another hotel. 「We loved our stay! The ranch house is comfortable and cozy and the host, Lilly is awesome. We loved the soaking tub, great shower, well-appointed kitchen and hot tub. Great access to nearby national parks, beautiful amenities and unique experiences on a working ranch. We will be back! Communication was great and the ranch house was as described.
