“The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the room was in awful shape. There were dirty towels and a kite on the floor in the closet. The heater rattled all night, the toilet seat was loose and water ran in the toilet constantly. The sink had a clog of paper so water wouldn't drain. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking building. We discovered the smoke came through the heater from outside when people went out to smoke. There were what looked like scratches or……

“For short visit it is good enough, toliet is clean already good for me, room is big The carpet outside the room is stinky, they need to work on it. Location is good, 10 mins to CHI Health Center”

“Although clearly an older building, nice job of remodeling. Room was very clean and comfortable. Food for breakfast was just so-so, but dining space was nice.”

“這次來住宿四晚，基本上這是提供一個簡單的房間，有冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐跟電視機。沒有提供個人清潔用品，如牙刷、沐浴乳等，衛生紙只有兩捲。簡單講，把它當作是民宿一部份應該不為過。每天不會清潔房間，除非您提出需要，再付一點費用就會幫您清潔，如果住一個星期以上的話，建議每星期打掃一次。 整體環境算是乾淨，靠交流道進，所以要去其他地方逛或是吃飯算是很方便，但是步行很難，基本上都要開車出去或是租Uber/Lyft等。 如果要便宜，這是一個好選擇，但是如果要享受住宿服務跟清潔的話，可能要多付一點錢去市區的高級飯店。”

“Very sketchy location. Very sketchy people. People walking in with brown paper bags. Tweaker interrupted me while I was checking in. Looks nothing like photos. Smells like wet dog. ”

“Nice and quiet area with kind and helpful staff. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“The King Jr. Suite is an excellent accommodation-----large, great bedding, digital temp control , and lots of move around space”

“Was filthy and nothing washed. And everything was either broken or falling apart. ”

“We stayed in a spacious suite with a nice clean walk in shower. The person at check in was nice and helpful. We did not use pool so can’t comment on it. ”
