I really appreciated that, as any potential issue could be resolved easily and quickly. Plus, he's a very kind and polite person, so communication with him is always positive.The location: The condo is a very short driving distance from most of the places you'll want to go in Winnipeg: the forks, the exchange district, the St. Boniface neighborhood, little Italy and Osbourne……

“I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo. It is located in the downtown area. The condo had all the conveniences, fully operating kitchen, dishwasher clothes washer and dryer, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Close to a store with groceries and walkable to keys spots in Winnipeg. Parking is not included, but there is a parking facility next to the condo. The host was excellent and provided help when needed immediately. Fully recommended.”

“The location worked well for us. There were places near by to get some grocery items. We did need to purchase extra garbage bags, toilet paper and also paper towels. We had 4 adults there for a full week. We had trouble with the key pad a first as you can't see the numbers and having only 1 fob for the outside door meant we had to coordinate activities. Great views of the city.”

The decor, location, cleanliness, attention-to-every-detail, communication - both about using the condo and the neighborhood - were exceptionally helpful. Bruce provided terrific information. “This was a nice accommodation in the heart of Winnipeg. The bed was comfortable, the LR furniture adequate but not great. Kitchen was nicely equipped with a few exceptions noted below. Check in information was accurate but some details were not clear to us which made the process a little intimidating. For starters, we had to find on street parking to initially access the building and unit. Once we got in the unit, we got the fob for building access and the parking card but it wasn't clear to us……

“I rented this accommodation for a month and a few days while I was in Winnipeg for work as a contractor. Wil, the owner, was very friendly and super accommodating to any needs I may have!The apartment was stocked with all the items you might need if you were living at home right down to a weighing scale in the bathroom, lol. - which was great, cause I like to keep a careful eye on any unanticipated weight gain.I will definitely contact Wil again for lodging if I am located in that vicinity for……
