"I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used. "The hotel reception misled us into thinking that we could use the jacuzzi and pool side of SinQ Privee, which is why we booked the resort in the first place. When we reached Privee, we were asked to pay 2500 Rs. Per person AFTER we hung around the pool for an hour. When we called the hotel about this, they were rude to us and said that you should've booked a 5 star property for 5 star services and you're straight up lying. "Ankom 03.01.25 og blev modtaget fantastisk venligt, og fik straks hjælp til at få kufferterne på 1. sal. Personalet var hele tiden meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på, om der var noget, vi manglede, eller som ikke var i orden. Alt var bare helt OK, der var daglig rengøring og den aftalte morgenmad var dagligt på Ocean Grill i stueetagen. Den 14. januar brækkede Lars desværre foden, og var nødt til at blive på værelset efter endt hospitals behandling og indtil lægeordineret hjemrejse kunne foregå....
