Beautifully furnished condo sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 more could sleep on the queen sized living room sleeper sofa if desired. In the master bedroom dial in your own comfort settings [with the clicker] on a king size SLEEP NUMBER® bed. The guest room has a conventional queen size bed and a bookcase full of books. Features a full kitchen including dishes and cooking utensils and dishwasher. Smart TV, Basic Cable and Internet are also provided. The YMCA is across the street & within walking distance. Bike and surf board rentals are available close by on A1A Beach @ A Street. Only a 10 minute car ride to downtown festivities. Notice the Zoo & Amphitheater on the way. This IS a fun place!

During the summer on Wednesday mornings there is a flea market featuring fresh fish and produce at the Pier parking area too.

During the summer on Wednesday evenings there are bands, dancing, and local restaurant food trucks at the Pier. AND you are allowed to bring chairs and coolers too. So charming and relaxing. Drive or walk.

Like a hotel, the door locks behind you every time. Upon entry and upon exit. Keep the ELECTRONIC door code on you, or in your car, or memorize the door code if you leave your phone indoors. There is an eel skin key case in the drawer on right side of the stove if you prefer a key. Be sure to replace key case back in the drawer BEFORE final exit.

Smaller dogs allows. But NOT on furniture!
Please use a crate if they are left home alone.

Recently the streets have been repaved, pool refurbished, and fresh exterior paint.
