「Great little motel but they need a better model for checking in. They also promised coffee but the door to the office stayed locked and there was no coffee. It is super cute but I thinking maybe adding a person might help even if they are not available all the time.」

Shower on/off was so difficult to use I was afraid it was going to break. Last morning the shower gel ran out so had no soap. Was told this hotel is a “boutique” hotel by front desk person. With parking charges the room was over $500/night. I had a message from the manager when I arrived. I sent him a email to let him know of my issues, never heard...

「The rooms are dated and hopefully will be improved. The room and shower and towels were not clean and we had to call to get this tended to. Room coffee and tea amenities were not maintained and housekeeping only came every other day which should be daily based on other like accomodations. We are on vacation and should come back to a cleaned room and made bed in our opinion. The hotel is quiet so restful. Breakfast was ok but the food was never hot just medium to cold which didn't make it as...
