Beautiful view

Quiet location but close to activities
We stayed at the Coquina condo at Crescent Beach for four nights. The condo was adequate enough. It is in a quiet location with a private beach and a pool. The pool is not heated so it was too cold to get in. The condo states they had beach chairs so I did not take mine; however they were just regular lawn chairs so not at all comfortable to sit on the beach.

Wonderful in every way!!
This is the second year we have stayed in this condo! Has everything needed to make for a perfect vacation. And you won’t find a more attentive and responsive owner - she’s absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for families with kids/grandkids!!!

Wonderful Memories
The condo was super cute and very well equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. The owner was super friendly and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything at all. Another wonderful stay at B207!
This was our second time staying at Coquina B207, and once again, it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need for the beach! We adore Crescent Beach and how peaceful it is - even over spring break week, there would be times when we had the beach almost to ourselves. The view with our morning coffee was amazing - you will catch some beautiful sunrises here for sure! Thank you for a restful and restorative week - it was everything we hoped it would be after a long Wisconsin winter!

The best beach for relaxing and fun
The Coquina Condos are a great spot for relaxing and fun for a week at the beach. Beautiful beach for walks, laying in the sun and enjoying the weather. Fantastic pool on the beach as well! Condo grounds are immaculate. The accommodations are great as well, with clean, comfortable surroundings and appointments. Has everything you need for a complete weeks stay, including for cooking. Back deck of the Condo is perfect for drinks and sunset viewing. This is our 4th time staying and we love it!

Enjoyed our stay at Coquina
This was our first stay in Crescent Beach and the Coquina Condo Resort. The unit is a beautifully decorated, on the 2nd/3rd floor and has a great view of the pool and ocean. There is plenty of room for a small family so we had room to spare as there were only 2 of us. The unit has updated appliances, furniture. We had just a couple of hickups - one dealt with the digital lock that stopped working and had to be replaced. The other was a minor plumbing issue in the master sink. Other than that it was a beautiful unit. The resort property was built back in the 70s. It's well-maintained but pool chairs should probably be replaced. Also, the pool is not heated so if it's chilly you probably won't be swimming. Our trip was in November and the weather was great but we found this particular beach to be pretty quiet....to the point of boring. Some probably seek that but after a few days we were ready for more activity. There are quite a few good restaurants within just a short drive and of course, St. Augustine is just a few minutes north. The owner was really nice to work with and made every attempt to make sure we enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to this area of Florida we would definitely return.

brilliant, its just like staying in someone's home
This condo is great - from the comfort of the lounge to everything in the kitchen that you need, even a dishwasher that works!! The view is to die for, over the pool and out to sea, lovely to sit and watch the waves with your morning cup of tea. That's if you can get out of bed, they were so comfy I think I could have spent the whole week in bed, the linen and towels were first class as were all the fittings. The whole place was lovely and clean, bathrooms spotless. If you had children with you then the game consoles would be great keep them quite for hours. The large tv in the lounge - and all the dvd's spoilt for choice, in fact there were several nights when we didn't even go out. The booking procedure was easy and all questions were answered more or less by return, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We have been back just over two weeks and already the deposit has been returned. Thank you for letting us use your home because that's what it is, it goes far and beyond a normal holiday let.

Great place to stay if you want a place that isn't right in the heart of the action.
This condo is a great place to stay. It is clean and well stocked. The beach isn't crowded. The view of the pool and ocean is wonderful. I could sit on the balcony and let my 12 year old go to the pool if I didn't want to sit by the pool. Everything you needed for a day at the beach is in the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and floats. There were also games, basketball, tennis racket and balls and so many things to keep children busy. Having a full size bathroom on both floors works perfect. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets if you need extra. Practically everything you need is provided. Just bring your clothes, buy a few groceries and enjoy your vacation. The condo is ocean front with beautiful powdery white sand on the beach in a more residential type area but just a short drive to everything you need. If you choose to stay at Coquina B207 you will not be disappointed.

Clean, lots of beach accessories. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds.
We love the Coquina. We have stayed in a lot of different condos at the Coquina over the years. We would stay in this one again! My husband would complain about basic cable, but since you don't spend a lot of time inside watching TV it wasn't a big deal.

Thanks for your tip about the channel selections. We agree with you thoroughly about appreciating and enjoying extra sports channels and premium network shows. After reading your suggestion, we did upgrade our channels to the PREMIUM comcast package. All set for any future sports or TV conasours.

The accommodations can't be beat. It was hard to get out of the extremely comfy bed! And the views couldn't have been better. You can see your children at the pool and also have views of the ocean. We've stayed on Crescent Beach for the last 20years and this was by far the nicest and best location of any.

Absolutely Perfect!
We LOVED our stay! The condo had everything you could want. I cooked most of our meals, and it had everything I would need for food prep. We also spent most of our days at the pool and beach. The kids loved having access to the boogie boards and I appreciated the beach chairs! Having the convenience of easily switching between the ocean and the pool was fabulous. It truly was just steps from the pool to the beach! The beach was amazing too. It had fine, white, compact sand. Many people were biking along the beach (something we plan to do next year!). The sand also did not get hot, so it was perfect for walking back and forth from the pool to the ocean. Also, I didn't know what to expect so I packed water shoes for all my kids, but there were no stones, shells, or weeds to bother their feet while swimming and playing in the ocean. We really only did a few excursions. We spent a day at Magic Kingdom, which was 2 hours away. It was an easy drive. Then, we also spent an afternoon at Marineland. This was only about 5 minutes away. We did go out to dinner in St. Augustine, which was beautiful too. Next year we plan to explore St. Augustine much more. We've already booked again for next year as we loved it so much!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. The condo is well appointed and the beach is beautiful. The pool area is great and the whole community of very well manicured. We love community no here and the convenience to the St Aug area and dining options. We will be back!!

Absolutely perfect!
I almost don't want to review this condo....we want to keep it a secret! Location is perfect, small complex with a great pool and mere steps to a wide clean beach. Everyone we met was so friendly! The condo was very clean, very nicely decorated and that king bed!....soooo comfortable! It's obvious the owners really care about their guests....right down to the "welcome" gift. Quick trip down the road to restaurants, grocery stores and to St. Augustine. We didn't want to leave! We feel as though we found a secret treasure in the Coquina and we can't wait to return!

Great week at the beach!
The condo was right on the ocean, which made for spectacular views all day long. It was easy for the kids to bounce back and forth from pool to beach all day long. It was even nicer for the parents, because it required little packing because of the proximity to the beach! The condo community was very well maintained and clean, and the short drive to restuarants and cultural activities was great. One of the biggest and least crowded beaches we have traveled too!

Awesome Place!
The Condo was beautiful! Two of us went for a "Girl's Week" and had a wonderful time at this condo! It was clean, quiet and the view was stunning! We loved it! It is about 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The beach and view is absolutely beautiful! It was fun to see some vehicles drive on the beach and walk every morning and gather shells. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous property
I am a bit slow in providing a review for this property. We were a party of 4 adults and completed our stay in April. This condo was immaculate and had all kinds of extras! The kitchen was well stocked, the owners answered all of my questions in a timely manner and there was plenty of room for our party. The owners provided a nice "gift bag" for each couple that included all of the things you might have forgotten- insect repellant, sun screen, sun visors and all kinds of extras! This was much appreciated. There are chairs and an umbrella for the beach as well as beach toys for those who have children. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your property. We will be repeat visitors!

Gorgeous views incredibly close to the ocean! Beautiful but still comfy coastal-themed condo!
Beautiful, tastefully decorated, coastal-themed condo with an amazing view! Could not believe how close to the water we were! So many thoughtful details throughout the condo, from beach towels to gear and sports equipment in the closet for guests to use. Loved relaxing in the Adirondack chairs in the balcony. The complex itself didn't feel at all crowded, even at the pool. The view from the master bedroom is gorgeous and the room so bright and sunny. The 2nd bedroom is dark and doesn't get much light, but my son totally enjoyed having his own tv, game system, and tablet in there, so obviously it wasn't an issue for him! The only thing this property lacked was an in-condo washer and dryer. There is a coin-operated laundry room in the complex, but as a family of four staying there for over a week, it can feel a bit tedious dragging laundry back and forth. Let me make it clear, however, this was not a deal breaker and we would DEFINITELY return again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I couldn't have asked for a better place...Seriously!
My family and I have been vacationing in this area for the past 7 years. We always stayed on a different part of the island in search for a perfect place. I think we found it. Key-less access was perfect. Upon walking in, you are greeted with the cleanest condo we have ever rented. Doug thought of everything. Chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, etc. My pet peeve is PVC patio furniture...not here! Nice Adirondack chairs. Plenty of living room seating. Upstairs had the perfect room for the kids - two queen beds with TV and video games. The master was also perfect. The memory foam mattress was fantastic! Seriously, there is nothing better. Then you move out to the pool area - which was steps from the front door. Through the pool area and you are right there on the beach! Having the option of going to play on the beach, and then go jump in the pool when you are heating up...the ultimate in convenience. FYI. I am not a family member, nor did I get paid for this :) I know I have found something special when the wife and both kids repeatedly express how happy they are with this condo and they want the same unit next year! I think the goody bag was the icing on the cake! Bang up job, Castro's! Very well done.

Another great stay
This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. We stayed here in 2013 and loved it. The last two years we tried different areas in Florida and different condos, but nowhere matches the peacefulness of this small community. The condo is great. It's comfortable and relaxing. The views are great and you are only steps from the beach and ocean. Doug and Pam go above and beyond, to make sure that you feel like you are at your own home on the beach. The complex is quiet and not crowded. The same can be said for the beach. It's always a wonderful relaxing time because the area is not commercialized, yet it only takes 15 minutes to get to St. Augustine for wonderful dining and great shopping. The outlet mall is not far either. It's also easy to explore the area on A1A. Lots of other great small communities up and down the coast, each with it's own unique feel and culture. We love the area between Crescent Beach and Ponte Vedra so much that we plan to move to the area in the next few years. Until then, we will happily stay here again. Thanks Doug and Pam. Perfect Crescent Beach Getaway
Unlike most of the condos on this strip of FL Atlantic coast beach, this complex is a gem! It is small, with quiet interior balconies with fabulous ocean views and overlooking a perfectly groomed pool and courtyard. Beach access is ideal, and no cart or wagon required to access the beach with your gear. Beach was very sparsely populated so privacy and quiet were plentiful. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and has everything you needed for a great stay -the owners even provided a goodie bag and a bottle of wine! Beds were large and comfy ( no twins here!) and furniture was well maintained, great TV set up in each room, with updated kitchen and baths. Accessible to shopping and nightlife, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. Plenty of wide sidewalks along the Matanzas river for morning and evening exercise. Not having to manage a key for entry was terrific! Couple of things to note: Stairs are STEEP and may not be accessible for some people. Pack lightly as it is a haul to the second floor entry. Downstairs bath is REALLY small - nice shower, but not much dressing area, so prepare if it is two couples sharing the unit. No in room laundry, so bring quarters. No towel services, so prepare to wash towels throughout the week. St. John's County allows driving on the beach which is really unsightly. We do an annual girls beach week and we would DEFINITELY return!

Amazing
Amazing doesn't even begin to describe Doug and Pam's condo. Every little detail is thought of down to the beach towels and toys. This is our third stay at Coquina Condos and I must say this is the best condo there! We had a couple days of rain, but that wasn't an issue as our four year old son had a blast playing the Nintendo 64 ( He also loved the little soap that was there can this be purchased by chance?) If you are flying in Pam and Doug also have thought of everything as there are Beach Chairs, towels and even a cooler. My family can not wait to stay here again and we highly recommend this condo.

Great Beach Retreat
