Steps away from a private entrance to the beach this cottage home is very special. We are about 5 miles away from historic downtown Saint Augustine for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The house is very spacious with two main living areas and rooms in the upper and lower levels.

Perfect Getaway

We had a little delay on getting into the house but the owner was amazing and let us go to another property until this one was ready. Once we got to the property it was clean and perfect!!! Owner was very communicative with everything going on and kept us updated throughout the process!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! It’s a short walk to the beach and they had all kinds of beach stuff for the family to use!!! Great place would and probably will stay here again!!! Thanks for everything!!!

Family time

Good location. Plenty of beds for our group. The 2 living spaces were great for hanging out. Parking in front of door for some handicapped members was so helpful. It does need a deep cleanning. Your feet or socks would be dirty from the floor. Maybe new better quality mattresses and pillows (soft, firm) with crushed foam or immitation feather pillows.
