Just What the Doctor Ordered

We absolutely loved making your place our home for a week. The large great room and dining table made it a perfect place for us to all gather, and the seating areas around the porch, as well as the swing on the front porch, provided options to slip away from the group to do our devotions or just have some quiet time. It was close enough to walk or drive on the beach, and the pool was refreshing and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we may be back again on the future.

Great family stay!

Really nice vacation house with a great deck and pool area. Short walk to a beautiful beach. All the comforts of home. Can't wait to return.

Family Beach Vacation

This stay was very comfortable and convenient during our family beach vacation week. The house was just as described. Checkin and check out was very detailed and was sent timely. If a question or issue arose, a quick text with response addressed it. This is just a reminder to bring the bug spray because there were lots of Florida mosquitoes when we were sitting around the backyard or swimming. The cleaning was a 4 star inside and the pool wasn’t cleaned during our week. We have a pool and just skimmed it daily for the debris before getting in. We would stay here again. We loved the location between the beach and boat ramp! Thanks for great memories!

Girls trip

Overall, the property was great. Lots of room with everything you need. Response time for any problems was simply fantastic. I feel some of the furniture needs some updating and replacement. Pool area is great, but needs more lighting and better furniture, maybe a little upgrading. Everyone was very happy with amount of space and the layout of the house. We were extremely grateful that you provided beach chairs and wagons for your guests....so, so helpful.Some of your pictures in your advertisement don't quite match what is actually in house....but with that being said, it is very nice and we were very happy there.

Beautiful Getaway

The location was perfect and amenities were plenty. The property was very spacious and accommodating for all of us. Beds were comfy and plenty of linens. The weather was rainy our entire stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and backyard. The only problem we encountered were the toilets taking a while to fill back up to flush. We will definitely book this property again!

Birthday Celebration

Overall, the stay was good. Most of all, we loved the space, the pool, and the televisions in each room as advertised. However, I need to address three important issues to our stay.First, there was a significant mildew odor throughout the house. While some smell is typical for a beach rental, this level was unacceptable and could seriously affect guests staying longer.Second, the remote in the downstairs bedroom was non-functional. Initially, we thought it was a programming issue, but we quickly discovered it was due to dead batteries. It’s essential to have spare batteries available to avoid such inconveniences in the future.Finally, upon returning from a day out, we found that none of the televisions were operational. I reported the Wi-Fi being down, although our phones maintained connectivity. I was informed that there might have been a temporary outage due to storms, yet the issue persisted all night and past checkout without any further contact from our host.These factors considerably impacted our experience, and it’s crucial that they be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

Perfect St Augustine Getaway!

Great place and close to St Augustine.

Great place to stay with a nice pool. The beach access is close and it doesn’t get very crowded, we didn’t have problems to find a parking spot, and there was a shower to rinse off the sand from the kids before getting in the car The house is good and clean but the outside needs some updating, we didn’t have any problems but it would look nice.

Perfect well appointed home!

The house had everything the listing stated and more. It is the perfect house for a family getaway. The spacious layout was fantastic, the kitchen had everything for cooking and the dishes and silverware were were enough for us we were 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the linens were great. The pool area was so nice , the pool was heated for real and clean. The management were top notch and I felt they were available to me for any questions or help with anything. James from management was there when we arrived and he helped us get our things in the home, thanks James! We would return and recommend the home to other people. The location was excellent we actually walked to the beach and it was a short ride to St Augustine old town. One evening we took Uber , very convenient . We loved the house and so did our family.

Family Vacation

Overall, nice. Needs paint stair rails need to be cleaned. Some updated needed in bathrooms. Loved the outside covered porch. Plenty of seating. Plastic chairs outside cracked. Plenty of chairs and a wagon to take to the beach if needed.

Great space and location

Everything was as advertised. Getting to drive out onto the beach was a huge benefit. House was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds and huge deck was great a great place to lounge. Management was quick to respond and helpful with all requests.

Heavenly!!

In the midst of a crazy 2020...staying in the Chiquita Sun House was like Heaven on earth!! I don't know what to say other than this place was just perfect! Perfect location. Perfect layout. Perfect decor. Perfect pool area. We loved every aspect!! I am still in awe that we were able to enjoy 4 days in this beautiful place!!

Beautiful beach house

This house is not located on the beach but was just a very short walk to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful heated private pool. We stayed here for our daughters 16th birthday and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect, just a short drive to old st Augustine or a short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all either! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit St Augustine.

Beautiful split level house with pool!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house just minutes away from the beach. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. There was plenty of space for a large family with a cozy feel to it. The pool was perfect to come home to after a day at the beach. You could walk to the beach if pulling a wagon, but I would suggest the 2-3 minute drive up the road where you can park your car for $10 a day right on the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and HUGE beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chiquita Sun house. Nicely furnished and HUGE rooms with hardwood floors throughout. The master BR had an amazing luxury bathroom. The open Floorplan living room/dining room/kitchen made a great area to relax with friends. Not to mention the covered porch and very secluded pool area with heated pool. We only wish we could have stayed longer.. We would highly recommend this place for either short or long getaways.
