Average condo in a great location

This is a decent property for the money. Pros: great location within walking distance to coffee/bars/restaurants/mini golf/grocery stores/bike rental; 15 or so minute drive from downtown st aug; easy beach access to a large clean beach with soft sand; elevator in this building; plenty of parking; bright and modern living room; balcony with very partial ocean view; condo was clean on arrival with no evidence of bugs Cons: kitchen is seriously outdated with unusable cookware; the bedroom with 2 beds has a window that’s painted black, only opens a few inches and opens onto a kind of dank interior breezeway; not always very easy to communicate with the owner and did not get any check-in instructions ahead of time despite asking so just had to show up and hope everything was in order (it was) I would stay here again due to the value and location but would check ahead if time that the unit’s kitchen had been updated (at least with replaced cookware) and make sure bedroom window had been fixed. My preference though would be to stay on the north side of the building though because it seems like a better ocean view from that side.

Saint Augustine Beach

The condo had nice furnishings. The view was good. The condo was a little smaller than I thought. But it was OK. The overall resort was great. The pools were very nice and big. The walk to the beach was nice and the beach was amazing.
