We checked in on Wednesday, 7 adults and two children. The house was large! Plenty of room to move about. Beautiful house.
The beds were not so good. The Master in the only King bed and not comfortable. The Master upstairs is a queen bed, and really needs some kind of support. Sit on the edge and you can roll off of it. The other queen room same. The kids didn’t say about the bunk beds.
There are 4 bathrooms. One in the master has a tub, the upstairs master and a shareable bathroom upstairs, no tubs, but beautiful large showers. One partial bath downstairs, off the laundry room, sink and toilet only. So many bathrooms was a good thing for 9 of us.
There was an issue with ants in the master shower area. Made a call, and she came right away with someone to fix the issue.
If you plan on a beach day, be sure to have beach towels. We went and bought 9 towels. There are white bath towels for the house, no beach towels.
There are a few board games, but we brought our own.
There is a drip coffee pot, but we brought our own Keurig and K Cups.
TV’s in all rooms with cable, and there is wifi service.
We made breakfast 2 mornings only.
There are some pots and pans, dishes and other kitchen ware.
We brought our own Paper plates, red cups, plastic cutlery, for whatever quick prep items we had. Easy clean up with 9 people.
We ate at Pizzalley’s Chianti Room twice. The food is excellent. We also ate at Harry’s - excellent, and Nonna’s Trattoria, also good!
All in all a good stay.
