Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at Madison at the sea. We came down to visit friends. The property had a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances and comfortable beds. The overall house was amazing.

Excellent Long Weekend

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We were in town for a concert at Daily’s in JAX and to spend time with family in St. Augustine. While the house is not a new construction it has been fully remodeled and feels like a new construction. It’s very modern. The beds were firm and comfortable.The location is perfect and the beach is very nice.

Few minutes walk to beach

Perfect little place for family or friend outing. Very quiet, although you hear some traffic from backyard. Three bedrooms, two bath, hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy and wide selection of TV channels. Nice little lounge area with TV that folds into the bed. TVs in master and two common areas. Fully renovated property. Public beach right across the street. There is no sign. But once you come out of the house driveway, make a right then another right and cross the main road and you will see small trail that leads to the beach. 3 mins driving to Crescent beach with public restrooms and shower facility. Beach was significantly clean than expected. No seaweeds. 20 mins drive to the downtown for tons load of activities.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything we needed was provided and the location was great. Short walk to the beach. We also loved using the jacuzzi when it wasn’t beach weather.
