We enjoyed a fantastic week in this delightful home. It had all the amenities one could possibly need, with a remarkable kitchen. The AC and heating systems worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed sheets and pillows were incredibly cozy, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. The fenced backyard was a bonus for our pet Stella. We look forward to returning to explore more of the charming spots around the cottage. ☆☆☆☆☆

Very cute feeling like home house. Backyard was a nice relaxing spot to sit back and enjoy an after dinner bonfire. The neighborhood is very peaceful! We will definitely be back for another stay!

The property was very nice. The door lock code however did not work so had to use the key. The house was clean. And was beautifully decorated. However there were no extra towels or face cloths. The back yard was beautiful. And it is very pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard.

We love Lincolnville and this cottage was great. The backyard is wonderful. We love the walkability of the neighborhood and convenience to downtown and neighborhood restaurants. Brian was available to answer questions. It’s a great place to stay

Great Location
Every year I plan a short getaway during the Christmas holiday. This year I was excited to see the Light Show in St. Augustine...and I was not disappointed. The home was in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. A plus was a park 1-1/2 blocks away where I could walk my dog. Two thumbs up for this property!

Cozy and well kept. I loved that it had a fenced in back yard and was pet friendly. King bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice deck on the back and covered front porch. The house is convenient to town, walkable if you choose or a short drive with numerous parking options. Owner was super responsive. Added to our favorites list! ❤️

Cute little place!
Loved our single night stay, needed a place while transiting through from DC to Miami , it’s a super cute cottage , very clean with new upgrades. The waterfall shower head was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the road. Close to all historic civil rights landmarks, would Uber into downtown (cause damn Florida is hot) but would stay again! Yard was a little retreat for my two doggos , very charming and good vibes feel

Great spot in historic St Augustine
We only had a short hop this weekend but the space was excellent for us. Short distance from everything we wanted to see and the host was only a text away should anything have come up. Thank you!
