40th Anniversary week

Very nice Place! We really enjoyed the house, the pool and its location to the beach. The house was clean and very well appointed. Only minor issue was that the neighbor decided to roof their house for two days during our stay. But that was no fault of Euphoria. Dani was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions or issues. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location, some pool and entry concerns

The house was very clean with perfect beach decor. The location to downtown St. Augustine, the beach, and activities and restaurants was perfect - quiet neighborhood. The yard was great - a backyard oasis. However, the pool was supposed to be heated and wasn't heated until day 3 of our stay and needed to be cleaned. Dani was very responsive, and I think she did her best as the manager, but she could have offered us some sort of consolation.

St Augustine Oasis

Perfectly appointed with all the right amenities. A quick walk to the ocean and the sound, and a short drive to major attractions. The backyard is glorious- pool, grill, comfy seating, fire pit, and gorgeous landscaping. We lived out there…No issues at all during our stay. Will rent again when in the area. Loved it!

Overall very pleased. Experienced late communication about frig not working, but property management was very responsive and addressed our issues. House was very clean when we arrived. We would stay here again.

75th Birthday Bash

Euphoria Vacation rentals are amazing. The house we rented to begin our trip had lost internet service. The rental company found us another home to stay in that was just down the street and with a heated pool. Loved it! Highly recommend Euphoria Vacation Rentals!

Best Girl’s getaway

Cove’s End pool home was amazing! We wished we could’ve stayed longer. A short walk to the beach but it was so nice poolside, we just lounged around enjoying a few cocktails and great conversation. The home is top notch, very clean, tastefully decorated, very homey. The landscaping is beautiful, kudos to the landscaper. Lovely high end bed linens, which I appreciate as someone with very sensitive skin. The communication with Dani was amazing. Fortunately we had no complaints or issues so we didn’t need to contact her but, I feel if we had she would have responded immediately. We rented this house after two days at a very lacking beach house. We’re so glad we did, it was well worth the price! We would definitely rent again!
