Easy walk to historic district
Very cute studio over detached garage. Clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood, yet so close to the shopping, dining. Pool and hot tub were great. Host was terrific. Only thing missing, I wish there was a cooktop.

Highly recommend the Lakeside Studio
We love staying here when we come to St. Augustine. The studio apartment has a nice layout and is well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We like the location. Traffic is low volume and it is a pleasant short walk to ancient city and Fort. Pam and daughter are excellent hosts.

Perfect Getaway for couples
Perfect getaway for couples. The cottage was clean and tidy. Beautiful property with a relaxing pool area. Enjoyed meeting the host, Pam. She is a wonderful host. We plan to return as soon as we can get away again!

Had a nice anniversary trip. Everything was as it should be. Clean and easy check in/out. Most everything is in walking distance. We even unknowingly left our swimsuits in dryer when we checked out and she called to let us know and mailed them to us!!

Adorable place to stay
We loved it here! A serene garden filled yard with hot tub and pool along with a view of the lake. Perfect location right on St. George St, walking distance to everything. The host is super sweet and readily available. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property right on the lake
Walk to the historic downtown, enjoy scenic views by the lake and stroll by the local art galleries or spend a day at the nearby beach (short drive). Pam is an excellent host and one of the real treasures of St. Augustine.

The host (Pam) was outstanding. She provided an abundant of recommendations on restaurants & sight seeing. Secluded studio was in walking distance to historical district and the pool/hot tub was a definite added bonus. We've already recommended this location to various friends.

Absolutely perfect!
We have stayed down by the beaches for over 20 years but love coming into town so this was our first time actually staying in town other than the occasional hotel stay. Oh wow!! This apartment is located less than a mile from all the restaurants and historic sights. It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Perfect for long or short walks. But the view is the absolute best part (and the property in general)! You have several views of a serene lake right next to the home. The patio was a favorite for coffee in the am and wine in the pm. Pam, the lovely host, is perfect at what she does. Right there when you need her but gives you all the privacy you need. The apartment has everything. I wouldn’t change a thing. Parking right there. And even access to her pool and hot tub with beautifully manicured gardens all around you. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect Accommodation
We spent 10 glorious days at the Lakeside Studio Apartment. Perfect location for walking to the heart of St. Augustine and to restaurants, for bicyling, and for driving to attractions and beaches. The garden area with a private pool and hot tub was quiet and relaxing. Loved sitting on the balcony which faced the lake, watching the birds and occasional horse drawn carriages. The apartment was meticulously clean and comfortable with a fully functional kitchen and amenities beyond expectation. Pam, our host, was the best...welcoming, personable, and helpful. A total delight!

We were only booked for 3 days and unfortunately it rained almost all the time. We were able to do a few things and did get a sense of St Augustine and a plan for our next trip. The place was spotless. The host was readily available for anything we needed. The little lake across the street is lovely and you can walk around it. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Great Getaway
We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little garden retreat. The room was warm and inviting, the bed comfortable, the hostess enchanting and the walk into town just long enough to be a great stroll. We will definitely return to enjoy this property again.

This is an amazing property! Pam has a lovely location on a small lake and great walkability. Far enough to be away from the loud noises of downtown, but close enough to walk to key locations! Bed and accommodations were super comfortable and Pam’s suggestions for restaurants were spot on”! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property
Absolutely terrific stay. My wife is VERY picky when it comes to cleanliness and she agrees that the place is top notch. All appliances and devices worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is close enough to the historical district to walk yet far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle (and noise). We were there during the holiday season Nights of Lights where the historic district is feted out in tastefully done lights. If you have not experienced this, I strongly recommend it. The bottom line is you can’t do better than this apartment if you’re visiting St. Augustine.

Good experience from the start. Location was within walking distance to downtown historic district, we never moved our car until we left. Pam (our host) greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. The accommodation was as expected. We plan to return.

Loved the location!
Great location, within walking distance to downtown with a beautiful view of the lake. We picked this VRBO because of the hot tub but unfortunately it was not working which I know was beyond the owners control. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen had everything you could have wanted. Everything was really clean except a stain on the bedspread and there was a musty odor. The temperature was comfortable enough to leave the windows open and air it out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Lakeside studio weekend
This was our second stay with Pam at her lakeside studio and it was as perfect as the previous. While you won’t be cooking a gourmet meal for a family, the kitchenette has just what you need for a quick meal. The bed and couches are super comfy and the AC works well. AM coffee on the porch overlooking the lake is lazy and relaxing before your day in St Aug. Shops and dining are easily walkable. Pam is always available if needed, check in and out is a breeze and yard with pool and hot tub is well maintained and landscaped. We will be back again.

the hostess was very friendly, but also gave us our space. We enjoyed the property and loved the hot tub. The studio was clean and had all the conveniences of home. I did not sleep well due the EXTRA firm mattress. Both me and my husband found it very uncomfortable. Other than that I would have rated 5 stars.

Such a cute place!
We had an amazing experience! Pam was so sweet and it was everything we were looking for, for our short stay! We were able to walk downtown within 5 minutes and had access to the hot tub as well! We would definitely love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved St. Augustine. The apartment was in walking distance of all the hot spots yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The mornings were spent sitting by the lake as I enjoyed my cup of coffee. The view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were wonderful for our sore muscles after a long day of biking the Historic downtown. It’s a great way to get around and see more than you would on foot. Our hostess Ms. Pam was so very kind. She allowed us to keep our bikes in a safe place by using her garage. It was nice to have a very personable hostess. We would stay there again.

Great spot for a getaway
The two of us spent a fantastic 5 days here. The place was just as described, very clean and perfect size for the two of us. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was an awesome way to unwind after our nightly 10 minute walk into downtown. The location couldnt have been better, close enough to the sites to enjoy, yet far enough removed to not even know it was a tourist spot. Pam was a great host, loved admiring her gardens and butterflies and chatting about gardening. This will definitely be our first place to see if open when we come back. Thank you for everything Pam. Very clean, cute, and convenient!
Ms. Pam was absolutely wonderful. She greeted my boyfriend and I with a smile and showed us the rental along with directions and and her favorite places near by. The house is very conveniently located about 10 minutes walking distance from all the shops and pubs. Hot tub was warm and the bed was amazing! She was generous with the time as well, which was greatly appreciated! I will definitely be staying with her again.
