We spend Thanksgiving weekend 2025 (5 nights ) -The hosts very responsive and communicative, above and beyond , - tiki nest ( house ) , extremely clean, spacious, very comfortable, felt like my own place , Pool perfect size , a lot of space , to dine have fun , very secluded, trees and plants making the vibe LOCATION!!!!! Whoever have been in St. Augustine before knows how many people are there, like 5th ave NYC , so driving through the city doesn’t make sense , we parked just before de Leon bridge on the street and just walk over , 7 min walk , saving a lot of time and money Amazing aligator farm just next door must see with zip lining and other activities You far enough from all the noise and tourists but close enough to enjoy it as well,Great place (tiki nest ) and amazing city ( St. Augustine)

We LOVED our week at the Tiki Nest! The fully fenced-in backyard is lush and private with mature trees and plants; perfect for nature-lovers AND our two labs. We usually stay at an oceanfront condo, but this was even better for the peaceful poolside setting.

Fantastic home with screened in porch and pool in backyard. Close to downtown. Only negative comments I have are dingy door moldings and floors, but it’s the beach. Clean bathrooms, sheets and towels, and nice kitchen. I would definitely rent this property again. Really enjoyed the screened porch and back pool area.

Nice 3BR 2BA house in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants away from the downtown area. Our trip was between Christmas and New Years and the town was overcrowded.
