Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the river, the view is even better than the pictures. We used the hot tub several times and took our dog for a walk along the river. The house was very clean and well decorated. The communication with the host was great. It was just a short drive to the beaches and historic Saint Augustine. I would definitely recommend this property!

The house was perfect for a family of 5 2dogs. The fenced back yard allowed our dogs to run. The house was clean and well supplied for us before we had to go to the grocery with toilet paper and paper towels. We enjoyed the hot tub. It took awhile to heat up but it did. The king bed was very comfortable and this master bedroom had an attached bathroom with a Walkin shower. That was very convenient for us older folks!! The view from the front was pretty.

Save your money

Only 6 bath towels provided in entire home with 5 guests.....no towels for hot tub use. no extras. We had to wash towels to use for hot tub with broken knob on dryer that was a pain to use. Had to use a pair of pliers to turn knob which was much harder than expected. When I called to complain they knew the knob was broken. I wish they had stated that before we arrived as I would have brought plenty of extra towels. Water leaked from drain pipes under guest sink into bathroom flooding floor. There was prior water damage inside vanity so wasn't the 1st time it happened. It seemed like alot of things were "rigged" in house. The guest shampoo, conditioner, bottles in shower were broken and down in guest bath tub upon arrival. Back yard was mostly mud and weeds, not alot of grass. Very messy for our dog to enjoy. Pictures of home look alot better than in person. I would not recommend this rental. Dissapointed and not cheap!
