Good location and nice clean Condo. However, when we entered the Condo on the first day, we realized that the Thermostat was not working. It would only select the “Cool” Mode or the “Off” Mode but not the “Heat” mode. I called the support number but was told that they are unable to assist due to the Christmas holidays. The earliest they could send an HVAC tech would be TWO days later. Meanwhile the outside temperature went down to the low 50s on the first two nights. Unfortunately, my family was bundled up under the sheets in order to keep warm while sleeping. Every HVAC service has an emergency number. Unfortunately, Vacasa the Property Manager failed miserably on this front leaving us in the cold for 2 out of the 5 days that we were there. A partial refund was not even offered. Your luck may be better if everything works fine. If it doesn’t, the support is horrible. I cannot condone leaving the Heat not working for two whole days. I realize its Florida but the nights can get cool and even chilly especially in coastal north Florida. Good luck for the ride.
