Relaxing and Convenient
We had a wonderful stay here at the condo. The location to the pool is soooo great! Extremely close, the beach isn’t too far. The condo had everything that we needed. Location was great, only thing I feel I should mention for reviews is that the parking lot can not accommodate trailers. Not even a small cute 5’x8’ box trailer is allowed to be dropped on the property. We had to find a storage space near by to leave it which was a bit of an inconvenience. But this is not a reflection of the property owner and she was very good at making sure we knew the rules and suggestions for how we could work around it all. Overall our stay was great & we got some much needed R&R. Also I’ll mention that all of the residents that we met on the property were Soooo friendly! People were very helpful and all really nice. Says a lot for the overall quality of the place. We would absolutely visit again cause we really enjoyed ourselves. The stairs are definitely a thing lol This is a 3rd floor unit. The fewer trips up and down, the better: ) Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Overall clean place. The heated pool across the parking lot from the condo was our go to. Walk to the beach was nice. I would recommend bringing your own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Not enough provided for our 5 night stay but there is a couple of grocery stores within driving distance. Very nice TV in the living room area and the furniture is pretty comfortable. Great table for meals and playing games with a good selection of games. Overall good place to stay.

Property was conveniently located to restaurants and activities.. Plenty of room for sleeping and equipped with enough towels, blankets, and pillows. Had an abundance of very nice beach chairs available for use. We really liked the fact that there were three pools available on the property, Would come back for another stay in the future for sure

Marlene is amazing!
Marlene made this stay as easy and seamless as possible! She was so accommodating in her instructions as she has answered every question we had. We had an issue with a light that was flashing outside of the condo at night and as soon as I messaged her about it she was ON IT. She responded immediately and her team came out and fixed the flashing bulb outside the window immediately! Great location, easy walk to the beach, and a great host!

Unit was clean and well maintained with everything you need to enjoy a stress-free stay. Appliances in excellent condition including the much needed air conditioning. Pool very close and the beach in easy access. Don't expect to use the outside grills as only one in working condition. Parking for the unit nice and close. Beds were extremely comfortable. Balconies were a great addition. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Perfect beach condo
Beautifully decorated condo has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach, 3 pools which were never very crowded, sometimes our family were the only ones in the pool. So many good restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. And a big, nice publix grocery very close. And the, owner, marlene. Is so nice and very quick to respond to all questions. We have stayed here for the last few years and plan on returnig next year already!

Great for families
My family of four had a great stay at this property. Everything was as described and the check-in process was seamless. The kitchen was adequately equipped and had everything that we needed. Having large smart TVs in each room was a big plus when it was time to relax and the kids wanted to watch their own programs. The pools were great and beach was beautiful. We would love to return to this property in the future!

A nice place near the beach and fairly close to St. Augustine.
Everything was fine and went smoothly. No issues. There are only 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. You're probably not going to get a 3 bedroom + and this price. This was fine for the 5 of us. A short walk to the beach and nice white sand. There's a pool and hot tub too, which also was nice. This was my first time to the St Augustine area. We enjoyed the tours of the historical places. We had a busy 3 nights here. You'll need to stay about 5 days to truly see all the sites. It can get pricey with so many attraction tickets around $20 / person. Alan G. (Ohio).

Beautiful Condo within walking distance of the Beach
The check in process was fairly simple. I forgot to print my parking pass before traveling and had to run down to Staples to print one. Thank you to the property manager for recommending that. The property is quiet, parking is directly in front of the unit. The resort is well maintained including the boardwalk and pools. The unit was spacious enough for myself, my spouse, and my parents. Lots of restaurants within a close drive and fairly close to a lot of attractions and landmarks. Very close to A1A.

Condo was nice, it is a bit of a walk to the beach, especially if you where carrying chairs, cooler, umbrella and all. But the beach was beautiful! Everything was as described. Marlene was excellent and had great communication and instructions. Property is so cute and spacious. Kitchen has everything you would need for making meals and space to store snacks. Nice big refrigerator. Washer and dryer in the kitchen is convenient for doing laundry. Beds were comfy and plenty of closet space. There were even a few hangers. There are games in the living room for rainy days/nights. This little condo village is quiet and relaxing. There are 2 decks to enjoy and store your beach item on. The beach is just a short walk away. About a 5 min walk along a path. There are beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pools are nice and refreshing. St. Augustine is just a quick 15 min drive away, and there are tons of family friendly activities to do. They are all fairly cheap. We will definitely stay here again!

perfect home away from home
this condo is the perfect family beach haven. And pets are allowed too. The living and sleeping areas are spotless, large and pretty, with a beautiful beach decor. And all you could need is provided, even good beach chairs. There is a huge TV, and modern, stainless steel appliances, and a big washer and dryer. A deck in the front and back provide outdoor living areas.also. And this is the best resort, with the beach an easy boardwalk away and three large pools, always clean and refreshing.. And everything that St. Augustine offers is very accessible. We've been here three times and plan on returning next year. Marlene is so friendly, easy to deal with and helpful and very responsive to e-mails. I highly recommend her condo.

Perfect location, great condo
This is our 2nd visit to this location and we’ll be back. It’s perfectly located near St Augustine but far enough away to be quiet. We love the pool-always the perfect temperature and the private access to the beach is awesome. Owner Marlene is never more than a text away and is genuine and helpful. Great place to make great memories.

A very relaxing week!
Marlene was an excellent host, prompt with answering and so helpful with anything we needed. We had such a wonderful week staying in her home- perfect location to the beach and pools (which were well kept up!)- a pretty, very easy couple minute walk to the beach. The condo had very soothing,updated, and modern beach decor; and anything (and more!) that we possibly could have needed during our week was provided at the condo from kitchen supplies to games to beach accessories. We left feeling so refreshed( and not wanting to leave)! Thank you again, Marlene!

Great condo for family vacation
The condo is as described, we had a great time overall. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that , previous guests had a dog and I can’t stand to dog/ cat hair. There was dog hair on the couches, ottoman and on the floor, I could notice that because it got stocked on our slippers and on my blanket. I recommend extra attention to cleaning.

Fantastic Condo
The unit is a great value and very comfortable. Incredibly short distance to the pool and hot tub, and while parking was a bit tight, it's great to have a spot right in front of your unit. The rooms were clean, comfy and nicely decorated, and we found it well stocked for our family of four. The location is also a great spot for the beach. It's not directly on it, but the walk was short, and you aren't ducking and weaving through parking lots. The private access was nice too, and you are farther down from town, so the beach itself wasn't crazy crowded. A few things to be mindful of, and the owner refreshingly details it all honestly, were the stairs. Good news is they were wide and easy, but with no elevator it could be an issue for those with mobility problems. Also, being further from town, you are reliant on car most of your trip. That said, those definitely aren't complaints. Just things to keep in mind. Overall, would recommend or personally book again. Thanks!

Christmas Family Getaway
I had a good stay at this condo with my family. Everything is as described..so nothing was disappointing. Wish we had more time so we can enjoy the swimming pool and hot tubs...please note that the swimming pool and hot tubs are only open until 8PM (per the notice on the swimming pool gate). Also, if you're planning to visit downtown St. Augustine this property is approximately 15-20 mins (depending on traffic). If you are traveling with your pets I would suggest eating at Beachcomber restaurant, its right on the beach! AND if you drive a 4x4 vehicle i would suggest driving on the beach..that was my highlight since we weren't allowed to drive on the beach in ST. Pete area. Overall we have a good stay. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to rent your condo.

Great for a family!
This unit was on the 3rd floor which was ideal for listening to the ocean at night. The unit was clean and nicely equipped. The owner thought of everything including beach chairs and a cooler. The complex has three immaculate pools and two hot tubs, and they were never crowded. Since the complex is relatively small, everything has very easy access. The ocean and the pools are literally steps from the unit. The owner is great to work with and I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: right outside the pool Short walk to the beach Plenty of room Clean and nice Two entries Each set of condos has its own pool so no sharing with the whole complex Conveniently located Close to beach access road Cons: On 3rd floor (it’s a hike with 3 kids and luggage) Although there’s enough beds for 9-10 people rules say only 6 are allowed to stay- doesn’t make sense Only 2 parking passes…. Posed a problem since we have local friends who wanted to come visit. Arrived at night and couldn’t find the room for 5-10 minutes. Texted but by the time I received a reply we had found it… a better map or instructions for finding the room would be great. We would probably stay here again. Major problems were the stairs and not enough parking passes (other condos allowed you to purchase more or had guest parking that didn’t require permites) Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect beach home away from home
Our condo was just perfect and had all we could want and need. It is recently redecorated with very pretty and comfortable furnishings and accessories. There is a brand new refrigerator, great TVs, plenty of seating in the great room, and can sleep at least seven guests. There are even boogie boards and nice beach chairs provided. Two little outside decks, one facing the front and one off the living room provide extra space for sunning and dining. One of the three pools in the resort is right in the backyard and the boardwalk to the beach begins practically outside your front door, with the dunes only a five minute walk away. I'm sure your family and also your family dog will love this place. And the owner, Marlene, is extremely helpful and always very accessible and quick to respond to all questions and concerns, We've been here twice before and I've already booked it for 2022! It is the perfect getaway.

We loved our stay here. It’s in building H so it’s towards the back of the property but a short walk to the beach. It is older and they are working on updating things. The beds were comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! Marlene was easy to work with and very responsive. She even messaged me a month or so before my trip to let us know car rentals were selling out fast and gave tips on how to secure our rental!

This was a great location for enjoying the beach. The walk from the property to the beach was easy and convenient. The beach was beautiful and great for a toddler with shallow water and mild waves. Our stay at Ocean Hibiscus was exactly what we hoped for and the online information was a perfect match to the actual condo. The accommodations were very nice and matched the pictures and descriptions. The master bed was very comfortable with a great mattress and nice pillows. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. A hair dryer was included. The owner had lots of procedures in place that were very helpful including the set up for washing dishes and laundry. The keyless entry was so convenient, just be sure to press the main button when you leave or the door might not actually be locked. The pools and hot tubs were really nice. The beach access on the property matched the description and reviews of other people. We highly recommend Viola's Italian restaurant just south of the condo and getting into the central part of St. Augustine was also very easy from the location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this listing to others and return for ourselves.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was perfect and a very short walk, like 3 minutes or less. The pools were clean and not over crowded. We already miss Florida and can’t wait to rent from this owner again. The condo was setup perfectly and beautifully decorated. The one and only thing I wish the condo had, is a metal gate on the back patio/deck area so our dogs could enjoy the fresh air without them trying to go down the stairs. Other than that it was perfect and could not have asked for anything different. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love St. Augustine Beach
Have never stayed in St. Augustine beach (Butler Beach really!) loved it. The unit was very nice. The steps, although expected, were not great for two over 60 year olds. And the short walk to the beach, although pleasant, got a little long for us old women carrying our beach supplies. However, all of that was clearly communicated before we booked!

Spring Break Mini Vacay
Condo was perfect for our needs. Slept our entire family of 5 comfortably. Kitchen allowed us to cook our own breakfast and dinner. Short drive to historic St Augustine, which was the reason for our trip. Easy access to the beach. We would love to stay here again!
