Lovely Home

Great house and location! Clean with plenty of supplies and kitchen equipment. We stayed with our 5 kids and it was easy to walk to the Fort. Would recommend the house and host!

Amazing place & location

This place was absolutely amazing we would definitely stay here again! 10/10. House was super clean and exactly what the pictures entailed! We had 6 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. Super close to everything!

We had a group of 8 and this house fit our needs perfectly. The pool and location were excellent, house was cute and comfortable and so much was provided from coffee to cleaning supplies, kitchenware, games, and pool towels.

Terrific house

Beautifully appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. The host has provided everything you need….even coffee! It was a great couple of days with a ton of walking. Coming home to a great house was so relaxing. Our friends are already planning our next stay. Best VRBO experience any of us have ever had! Thank you!

Great home in a wonderful neighborhood

My wife and I had our college aged daughter and a few friends meet us at this house for a long weekend. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, and absolutely loved walking through the neighborhood for our frequent trips to downtown St. Augustine.

Best Experience for a Family Trip!

Our stay was perfect from the location, to the host’s quick communication, and the property itself. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was a delight. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and stylish home

My family and I were visiting for a wedding and this home was perfect for the occasion. Walking distance to our wedding venue, shopping, and restaurants. The house is in great condition, the beds are comfortable, and the pool is a nice addition.

Great House and location

We were a group of ladies spending a few days in St. Augustine. The house was just as advertise and perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the pool. We walked everyday to the shopping and eateries. Would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful rental

We booked this home for a quick short stay for our family to have a little relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what it provided! Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Loved being able to walk to get coffee in the mornings and relax by pool or sit on the picture perfect front porch and enjoy it! Manager was super kind and responsive, booking and checking in very simple. I hope we get to book again at some point!

Destination Wedding Weekend

My family traveled to St. Augustine for my son’s wedding. The home was absolutely perfect for us. The location was great inasmuch as we were looking for a quiet street that was within walking distance of coffee and the downtown area. We enjoyed the pool area and the abundance of towels and seating. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen perfectly outfitted. It’s so nice to travel and arrive to a well stocked kitchen/bathroom. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Location and Beautiful Home

Home is centrally located in the middle of all attractions. If you are looking for a comfortable homey and beautiful place to stay I wouldn’t look any further. Home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a door which I loved if you have small ones you don’t need to worry about the stairs and down stairs a master bedroom. Home also has a nice backyard with a beautiful pool.

Amazing Stay!

This rental was absolutely amazing—one of the best rentals I have made in VRBO. The house was clean and beautiful inside and out and was in the best location—close to the Historic District with great shops down the street. From the little snack basket, coffee fixings, abundance of towels and all the other stocked amenities—everything was so wonderful. Pauline kept in touch and was a wonderful host. My family and I can’t wait to come back and stay at this property next time we are in town. Highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Home Away from Home

This property was a quick 15 minute walk from downtown St Augustine and an easy 13 minute drive to the beach. My family and I LOVED this house! It was beautifully decorated and fully equipped, literally anything you could need, it was provided. Pauline was super communicative, always providing a quick, friendly answer in a timely manner. When in St Augustine, we would love to stay here again!

I do own two short term vacation rental properties in Colorado but this was my first time renting a property. I was not disappointed, it was wonderful. Easy access, great location, clean, pool was great for downtime with grandchildren. Highly recommend

Nothing but wonderfu!

We had planned this trip I think beginning of 2024! Pauline was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. I had some special needs for my elderly mom who was traveling with us, any question or weird request, Pauline responded with several options. The house was so lovely. Perfect size, great location, easy to get to anything your heart desired. Extremely clean like wow clean! It simply was perfect! I will def be back and if Pauline has other rental locations, I will be checking those out as well You will not be sorry renting this house and renting from Pauline.

We will be back!

This property met all of our expectations. Was walking distance to the Fort and downtown area. On days where we didn't feel like walking since we had young kids, we took an Uber and it was cheaper than driving around looking for parking and paying the hourly rate down town. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 4 kids. Adults all had their own rooms and kids slept in the twin bedroom. Kitchen and living room had a great open space concept for all of us. It was very clean. Pauline was very responsive and helpful the entire time. Even though it was January and cold...the kids still loved using the pool! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in St. Augustine!

Perfect Girls' Weekend House

This house is amazing! To start, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed - toiletries, coffee, etc. The house has 4 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms which was great for our party of 6. The amount of parking available was a huge plus since we had 4 cars with of them being minivans. And let's not forget the pool. It was so nice to be able to come back to the house after a long,hot day of sightseeing and cool off in the pool. The location of the house is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood but only a 10 minute walk to St. George St. and the Fountain of Youth. This was so nice because parking around either of those areas hard to find. Pauline was a fantastic host and immediately answered any questions we had. Overall, I don't think we could have picked a better place for our trip.

Perfect stay!

We will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect. Everything was very comfortable and exactly as listed. The home was spacious, clean, and very functional. We stayed with my elderly parents and adult child. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located by a short walk to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.
