A Peaceful Getaway

The entire process was very easy and we really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was great and the location was fantastic. I would certainly recommend staying at this home if you are in the area.

Maritime Place Unit A was great! Everything was so nice and new. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was within walking distance of the beach, and restaurants with a great family atmosphere.

Enjoyed our stay and loved the family-friendly area. The house was in wonderful condition, comfortable and well-appointed. The location was great, since it was only a short walk to the beach, coffee shop and restaurants.

Best Location!

This property is very clean and seems brand new, exactly like the photos show! They had absolutely everything we needed and even had beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! We enjoyed grilling and hanging out in the back yard. It was less than a block to the beautiful St. Augustine public beach, coffee shops, surf shops, rooftop restaurants/bars, and more. We had the best trip!

Just as the pictures show!

This home is exactly as the photos describe! The home is immaculate with brand new appliances and kitchen items. Toiletries were left in each bathroom (the kind hotels used to give you) and there were plenty of towels for the amount of people staying. Plus, the beach is a short walk down the dead end street! My family would definitely stay in this home again!

Excellent place

5 stars! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and a very short walk to the beach. They even provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a nice sized cooler for our use. My only VERY small complaint is that you can hear the people walking upstairs. They weren't loud people its just because of the hard wood floors. Maybe a couple area rugs upstairs would help with the noise. Would definitely go back and stay here again.

Place was great! Small recommendations would be to replace rugs, the curling up catches toes. Also a full length dressing mirror somewhere would have been awesome. An individual coffee cup making machine would have been very cool as we could have brought our own blends. A fresh bug spraying wouldn't hurt. These are sSmall recommendations, again the place was great! Thank you!

Lovely! Thought about it all!

We loved this beautiful home. The location was PERFECT too! We could walk to restaurants, the beach, and yummy Ausi coffee right across the street! The only thing I wish would have been different was the fact that we couldn’t check in until 4pm and check out was at 10am, just felt like we didn’t get much of the day Friday to enjoy anything really. Then getting out so early makes for a very early morning backing up or late night before packing. Just would have loved either later checkout or check in around 1-2 maybe. Everything in home was beautiful and clean! We truly love how thoughtful the owner is when it comes to our children. It was very comfortable. She had everything you could think of for a beach even a cooler. It was truly an experience. We can’t wait to make again.
