Great place to stay!

The house was perfect for us - my husband and me, 2 young adult children. Stylish, great space, well appointed. Easy to walk to downtown. Great proximity to Lincolnville restaurants. We look forward to staying again.

Just perfect

Everything you need was there. Just perfect for a family of 4. Beautifully decorated, incredible pool too. 5 minutes walk to town so we parked the car and enjoyed our healthy exercise.

Lovely Modern Home with Excellent Amenities

This home was wonderful, and everything was perfectly clean. The house design is very cleverly thought out and the lighting was especially nice. All the amenities provided were amazing. No details were left out. It was close to historic St. Augustine and we were able to walk everywhere easily.

Great location, clean property but noisy

Overall our stay was OK. The property is lovely but no one communicated to us that there was construction going on across the street :(. From 730-8 am we heard nothing but sawing, banging and loud conversations. We were looking for a relaxing stay and unfortunately this put a damper on it. I also gave feedback around nice to have recommendations ie no mirror in guest bedroom, TVs in bedrooms, skimmer needed to clean pool due to daily storm debris etc.

Awesome Stay

This property was perfect for a girls weekend. It’s within walking distance to the historic district. Our favorite part of the property was the pool and covered outdoor area. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Cute home

Process couldn’t have been easier. Home is really cute and nicely decorated. Accommodations were above average and appreciated. Owners left wine, spices, coffee, tea, etc. Porches and house layout were nice. We traveled with a toddler and were a little worried about him being in a different part of the house and up a separate set of stairs. It all worked out well but house is probably better suited for two couples. We didn’t use the attached kitchen at all. Everything about the home was great. We were disappointed the pool was not heated. The nights were cool so the water stayed too cold for our toddler. He got in for a short bit one afternoon but the temp was too cold for swimming. We chose this house because the heated pool was advertised. The owners let us know that it’s typically warm during the month of our trip and pool heater is not typically on during that time. However nights were cooler and thus we couldn’t use the pool. We were disappointed because we chose the home specifically for the pool.
