Short walk to downtown.

The upstairs bedroom has a nice balcony with table and chairs. Locust is right on San Marco which is a short walk to downtown. I recommend it for a couple looking to experience St Augustine.

Quick 3 Day Trip to St Augustine

Great location. We walked to everything. The host was very responsive. The bathroom & shower are a little small but overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice property, could use a touch up here and there. Location is great, nice and quiet, walking distance to everything. Only complaint is Coffee can in kitchen was empty.

Great location!

This place is small but worked out nicely for me and my partner. It’s in an excellent location, walking distance from everything. Only downside is that there are lots of creepy crawlies that try to get in, this neighborhood is heavy on mosquitoes 😅

Great St. Augustine Old Town District Location

This was a really nice and unique carriage house. Wasnt large but had everything and was really comfortable for the size. In a less than 5 minute walk to the Old Town district its perfectly located. I would highly recommend staying here and I look for to our next visit to St. Augustine and plan to stay here again.

It was fine for a 1 night stay, but there were no washcloths, the hair conditioner was empty, no kitchen towels, and both courtyards needed TLC. Mosquitoes were terrible because of standing water in a non-funtioning water fountain.Hsharedccourtyard.

Romantic get away

My husband and I enjoyed spending a few nights at Safe Haven. It was adorable and cozy. It’s so close to historic St. Augustine and has restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. The host was so helpful in planning our getaway as she provided an online guidebook ahead of the trip. We hope to come back soon!
