My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely lovely. Extremely clean and great decor - beachy. The unit is very close to the pool with the short boardwalk to the beach right by the pool. Cindy was very informative and we shall come back again. Nab this one if you can - it is a GEM.

EXCELLANT LOCATION
The condo is as described, very well equiped, close to the beach and in outstanding conditon. M wife and I just spent the last week there and loved it. The property is well maintained, the pool is clear and clean and you are very close to the private beach access walkway. Nothing more to ask for. We are in our mid 80's and walked the hard packed sand beach every day. Nothing like it.

A Gem in Paradise.
Let me start by saying to host was incredible. She is extremely quick with her communication and attentive to any needs. This property has a ton of good reviews for reason. It is in a quiet complex the grounds are well kept as it the pool. It is a very short walk to the beach and short drive to a plethora incredible restaurants. The condo is neat clean and well set up for cooking (though we really didn't cook) Even though it is not advertised as an ocean view you still see a small sliver of it standing and looking out the back slider. I would most definitely stay there again.

On the beach!
We throughly enjoyed our few days at your condo. Had everything we could ask for. Beds were comfy, condo was clean & updated. Loved that the beach was right beyond the swimming pool. Quiet Location
My husband and I rented this unit for a month. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The unit is well stocked. It is located in a great location which is close to everything but at the quieter end of the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great place
We have never stayed here before. The host was great. When we got there it hadn't been cleaned. I call Cindy and she got someone there right away. The place was perfect for us. Being able to walk and see the ocean was amazing.The host was great. I would highly recommend staying here.

A perfect condo for two.
We have stayed at this condo previously and were very happy to return. Conveniently located to Highways 207 and A1A, to the attractions, conveniences, and restaurants of Anastasia Island, and to all the appealing possibilities in historic St. Augustine, this nicely furnished, comfortable condo has easy, gated access to the beach, plus a nice pool. We will be happy to stay here again in the future.

GREAT VACATION SPOT
This condo was a great place to stay!! The only con we had was there was a musty smell that finally started to fade the last day we were there. I sprayed some Febreeze which helped a little bit. Also, figuring out the TV was a little difficult. Otherwise cute little place! We would definitely stay again!

There Perfect Rental for us!
This was a fantastic rental property! It's conveniently located right next to the beach with your own private walkway, the pool is very large and next to the unit. The property was sparkling clean and had every imaginable appliance and utensil you could imagine! We would love to stay here again!

perfect location
loved the unit. clean, short wak to pool. then from pool short walk to the ocean. beautiful beach. it is very, very long, with hard packed sand. sadly there were rip tide warnings - red flags every day but sitting at the beach, enjoying the breeze and listening to the waves was spectacular. hopefully we can rent again next year!

Perfect location for us
We have been staying in vrbo's for close to 20 years now. This has to be the cleaniest and most well organized condo yet. Everything you could want/need in kitchen. Sheets/blankets labeled and so neatly places in closet. And oh so clean. I do appreciate these things while away from home. Not having to clean when you first arrive somewhere is such a blessing. The location is ideal. Walk out to beach in the morning and set up our umbrella and chairs, watch the morning surfers. Walk back to condo for lunch and swim in pool. And spend the afternoon reading, swimming and relaxing on the beach. We drove over the draw bridge for dinner and ghost tour (short drive and traffic wasn't heavy). I would recommend staying here. We had a great time

First time to St Augustine, stayed in Daytona last couple years. Will definitely be back and will totally try and rent this same condo again! As advertised and then some! Best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! Ground floor, and loved being able to walk out to pool and parking!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit itself if very spacious for a 1 bedroom and was on the ground floor. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. They provided beach chairs, towels and umbrellas which was very helpful. The property itself is well kept and clean. The pool area is very nice and they provide a locked walkway to the beach with a nice station to rinse off after a day at the beach. Additionally Cindy was very responsive to messages and easy to work with. We would definitely come back to this unit and property if we return the area!

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was very clean and updated looking. Very comfortable space! We were able to enjoy beach days with the beach access and drove to historic st. Augustine from here, all relatively easy! We did reach out to Cindy bc the power went out the first night and she responded timely.

I can't say enough good things about the property. It is very clean and stocked with everything you may need. Short walk to beach, and short drive to beach front restaurants and historic St Augustine. The beds are very comfortable and on the firmer side. When we left something behind, Cindy was quick to help is find it and arrange for us to get it back. I appreciate how quickly she responded. We will be back!

My wife and I did enjoy our stay. The condo was in a very well kept complex and everyone was very helpful. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Bed and other furniture was comfortable. Bathroom fan was quite loud and no way to turn it off and leave the light on. Really my only real problem was the description of the condo location. The listing stated it was "OceanFront". Our condo was behind the pool with absolutely no view of the ocean from the condo. I consider "OceanFront" with a direct view of the Ocean. The complex may have been considered OceanFront, but not the unit I rented in the complex.

We love Cindy’s space! She is an excellent responsive host. We have a nice view and a little corner patio with bushes creating privacy. Great location right by pool and close to beach walkway. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Unit is clean and well maintained. We’ve loved our stays for the last three years. Regretfully somebody reserved for next year before we got here. Surprise Beach Access
The place was easy enough to find, but the office to retrieve a parking pass was a little nerve-racking as it was closed three times when I went, but eventually spotted the manager and got one. I was surprised that we were on the beach! I had looked at so many listings I skipped right over that the beach access was straight from the back door. The beach is a beautiful flat beach that was perfect for a long walk in any weather. We ended up rearranging some of the furniture as it was difficult to see the tv (and of course put it back before departing). The couch was too firm for our liking so we ended up opening the bed portion and making it a cuddle zone. The kitchen had all the essentials and instead of the dishwasher we hand-washed everything. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan was nice. Marvelous stay overall! I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nothing but the best. We were amazed with the condo. The area was beautiful, clean & perfect for us. Our host Cindy Thomas was awesome. We even were able to stay an extra night. My husbands only complaint was not enough mirrors. I told him we didn’t need mirrors cause woman don’t want to see their fluffy white bodies in a swimsuit. LOL. Our stay could not be any better. Will stay again if we get a chance

A quite Xmas to remember.
We absolutely loved being at this condo!! Super cute has everything you may need . Clean , comfy. The beach is so convenient. The pool is Hugh . Close to st Augustine night of lights an loved going into town for a day trip on an off the trolly. Really enjoyed my time. Did I mention how nice an clean it was . The bed was wonderful to sleep in. The best place we've stayed in St. Augustine!
My husband and I have been going to St Augustine every spring and fall for many, many years. We've stayed at various hotels and condos, but this has been our favorite! This was our second time staying and I'm sad that it is unavailable for the dates we are traveling this spring. It is very clean, close to the beach (you can see the ocean from the bedroom window), very comfortable. We love that there are 2 tv's and a DVD player for those rainy days. It has the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen - lots of pots and pans and accessories and lots of spices. Two different coffee makers and coffee and filters! I'm hopeful that we may find it available for our fall trip next year.
