「james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!」

「My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and, as an added bonus, came with a coffee machine so no terrible instant coffee in the morning. The food took what was already an excellent stay to another level at both breakfast and dinner with amazing food. The two men running things also strike the perfect balance of friendly, attentive and relaxed to make you feel welcome. When I’m next in the area I’ll definitely be staying again.」

「We were just up for the one night for the music on Plymouth Hoe. It was literally a 10 minute walk from The Hoe which was handy because the weather was horrendous. We were greeted at the door by Ian and Twigs. The guest house is immaculately decorated and I was impressed as soon as I walked in through the door. 「Stayed for one night while attending a Christmas party at a nearby farm shop. Suzanne was very welcoming when we arrived showing us where everything was. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
