"This was our third stay at the Chateau. It was exceptional value for money and good service. However the snack (two sandwiches) were grossly overpriced. The only other negative was the piped music which is broadcast in all the public areas. It would be nice to have the beautiful sitting room music free so that one could read quietly. Otherwise a lovely stay."

"The hotel was excellent, as were the flights to from the Uk to Jersey, with Blue island flights. However the same could not be said for Expedia, we booked and paid for a package, including the flights and hotel. Within an hour Expedia came back to us saying the return flights were not available. We asked for a full refund but Expedia would only refund us for the return flight?? We booked return flight with Blue island ourselve (plane was only half full) we will not use Expedia again. "

"This house is even more stunning than the pictures. The views from the pier are incredible, the interior is very high spec and the house is extremely well equipped. Couldn't have asked for more- kids and adults had a fabulous time walking to Gorey castle, Gorey beach and rock pooling at La Rocque- plus a fabulous seafood lunch at Sumas. Nadine was very responsive and helpful. The cleaners were there when my family arrived and allowed us to load the fridge and leave bags a bit earlier than check in which was hugely appreciated."
