Great, beautiful location outside of the city. But only about 10-15 minutes to down town. Plenty of beds, clean, inviting.

Great place for family gathering

This is our second time staying in a condo at the Ledges. Both have been great. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We love being a little ways out of town and close to Snow Canyon and the outdoors.

Comfy Cozy Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Desert Cool with our group of six. Everyone slept comfortably and the unit had everything we needed. The massage chair was also an unexpected bonus and everyone loved it. Thank you!

Just like home

Kitchen well equipped. Very clean and loved that the air conditioner worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels. We were very comfortable staying in this unit.

Very comfortable property, enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it met all our needs but wasn’t our favorite. We stay in St George every year and always love having a place where friends can gather. It met our price point and the number of rooms we needed. The property was clean and comfortable and the few issues we had were quickly corrected by the property manager. We’d stay here again in the future. They do need to have a tub mat in the upstairs bathroom, the tub can get very slippery when someone is showering

Beautiful property, clean and well equipped, close to the pool. We loved the massage chair. A couple of suggestions to make it 5 star+: couch with recliners, add fire ring on upstairs patio and make the back sliding glass door easier to open. Other than that, it was perfect!

The complex is great, we golfed at Ledges and enjoyed that... lots to do in St. George (we went e-biking in snow canyon as well as lounging at the pool and participating in the marathon). Perhaps the highlight was the massage chair, which was AWESOME!!! We will definitely return.

Thanksgiving in St George

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Entry Hall Rugs quite stained, not a great way to enter the unitBike in garage, tire flatMaster bedroom bed linens, disappointing. 1 sheet and one very thin quilted blanket, no extra blankets in the closet. Sheets scratchy and standard pillows need to be thrown out. King pillows satisfactory. Master towels could use at least 6 bath towels, especially for stays longer than a weekend. Master bath conditioner out.Kitchen:Missing: Place mats, table cloth, general cleaning product, no foil (even though the box was in pantry). Needed more than 3 Kitchen towels and required laundry to clean and the pot holders (dirty). Kitchen trash can is filthy. I cleaned the top of the trash, but unwilling to clean the inside bottom. Dishwasher pods qty were insufficient for a 6 night stay.Glass glasses were minimal and unable to service the 6 adults that stayed here. Plastic is not an ideal material in cups or serving bowls, and at least equally represented in both materials. Washing Machine has a mildew odor, likely water sitting too long. Leaving the machine door open can minimize.When using the oven, the stove top area gets very hot. Hot enough to melt the salt shaker. Safety issue!Massage chair was a lovely surprise! Thank youMy suggestion, If you cater to the children then market that information in your VRBO listing. Parents that need playpen, booster seat would be happy to find these items in the unit.

Location was perfect for the St George marathon. Runners route was close so we could cheer em on.Had the entire pool to ourselves for half day. Then a few people showed up, but not a loud, rowdy crowd. Very nice and relaxing.
