We had 4 adults and 7 kids...this house was perfect! Everyone had privacy and space. Lots of fun things for the kids to do, centrally located to Zions, St George, Sand Hollow, and close to a grocery store. We highly recommend it!

I absolutely love love love this property! I needed to just ask the owner some general questions in the first few days and she immediately would respond to me. The house was brand, new and gorgeous and had huge individual bedrooms and baths. The amenities were superb. It was wonderful for our family of 11. I will definitely stay here again.

We found everything to be exactly as described online. The rooms were large and the kitchen was fully equipped for our large family event. Our grandchildren loved the games in the bonus room and the playroom under the stairs!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the house. Bedrooms are huge and bathrooms plentiful. The kitchen and great room were the perfect places for everyone to hang out at the end of each day. Great location, easy to get to and convenient to Zion. Dana was easy to work with and very responsive. We just loved it!

This place is pristine! The furnishings and decor are top of the line. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything that we needed as far as TP, soaps, shampoos, and towels. The location was the best I could find for all of us being able to stay together close to Zion National Park. We were close to a big Super Walmart, and that was convenient. When the amenities are finished I would like to return...I can't wait to visit Zion Village again!

Not only was the home beautiful and comfortable for our 13 hikers, but Dana was also incredibly supportive. She was there with a quick reply to all and any questions and concerns. The location was great for access to Zion and Snow Canyon. We even spent two days in Bryce (2 1/2 hours away). The hot tub was a welcome addition to this home. Thank you for our memorable vacation.

Large spacious well supplied and furnished condo. We only had 12 in our group but this condo can sleep many more. Very organized, new, well cared for. Comfortable beds. Large pool and work out gym. Club house with outdoor furniture, bbq grills, and gas fire places. Definitely would stay at this condo again if we are in the area. If you are in the area and considering staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

We have reserved this house for 3 nights and it was the best place we have ever stayed for our vacation. The best part about all is, the cleanliness of the place and the linens, towels and beds are all very high quality. On top of everything the owner Dana was very responsive and took care of everything very nicely. It was so nice after all day of hiking, and then relax in the hot tub in the backyard. I would be staying in this house if I come back to ZION for sure and very highly recommend this place for any one who wanted to get a peaceful and clean place for their vacation. Thank you Dana

We stayed at this property to visit Zion national park and it was a good location and perfect for our big group. The house is just as described and very beautiful with amazing views from multiple balconies. The pool area is very nice with a jacuzzi and seating area to hang out at. The trip to Zion was 30 min which felt like less because the views on your way into the park are beautiful. The property has plenty of cookware, dish ware and utensils therefore we had no need to buy plastic plates and silverware. Everything in the house is labeled which makes it easy to find items and for the checkout process. The owner Dana is very quick to respond and nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property had all we needed.

The only word that we can think of to describe our experience is AMAZING! The home was spacious and VERY comfortable. We essentially had 5 different families and everyone had their own spacious room with a super fun kids room (double bunk beds, bean bags and games). We had such a good time with both kids and adults feeling very comfortable. The amenities were just perfect - towels for the hot tub and pool (what a great pool for everyone to have fun at) float tubes and other pool toys. Even a wagon to take the little ones on rides around the neighborhood. Double washer and dryer for fast clean up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed eating out on the patio as well as inside. We also must say that Dana was simply the best in making sure we were taken care of and that everything went smoothly She was prompt in responding to questions beforehand and helped us have a great experience once we arrived. while we wish we could keep this place a secret we know that you will have a great time if you come and stay we recommend this location 110% (6 stars) R&D O.

This was a girls trip and we all wanted our own bed. We ended up with our own rooms, kind beds, and our own bathrooms! Several of us hope to book this home for our larger family gatherings. It has lots of room and amenities and is located perfectly to hike Zion, visit reservoirs (Sand Hollow or Quail Creek are very close), some restaurants, or you can head into Saint George for more restaurants (or in our case pedicures). The home was clean and new, and was an end unit with beautiful views! It also had air controls upstairs and down, which was great in the heat. The pool in the complex was perfect (river and splashpad). The only problems we had were the excessive number of trailers with dune buggies and ATV's parked all over the streets (probably from just one vacation home). The association needs to makes some rules about parking (we used the garage, so not a big deal, but it was hard to back out). We also couldn't figure out the tv's in the bedrooms, but didn't try very hard so it was probably just us. We weren't there to watch tv, so no big deal (and we got to avoid the news; probably best, haha!)

This property was perfect for our post-Christmas family gathering. The Kids Loft was great for the little and big kids. It fit our families perfectly. The 2 and 3 year old boys loved the closet under the stairs with the toy kitchen…by far the best kept secret in the house. It had all the amenities we needed and more! What was also great was that it was at the end of the block so you had a beautiful view of the mountains from the dining / living room area. Would love to stay here again (maybe in the summer next time!)

Sunrise Hideaway is an excellent rental property for families. Our married kids appreciated the extra master bedrooms, our granddaughter loved the toy room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The home is well-stocked (high chair, portable playpen, extra towels, two refrigerators, lots of serving platters and bowls, etc..) and superbly organized. It’s at the end of a quiet street with beautiful views. Definitely one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever rented. We will stay again the next time our family gathers in the St. George area!
