Perfect get away home at the Ledges.

We loved the house! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and relaxing! It was conveniently located for our trip to the Tuachan. We definitely want to stay there again!

Wonderful Family Time

We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving with most of our family there. It was comfortable, safe, and close to sand dunes and other locations of interest. We had a turkey trot around the neighborhood that was great fun for all! Very, very nice stay!

Our accommodations were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and had ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom, plenty of bunkbeds for the littles in the loft, and overhead fans in every room. The condo was spacious and very clean. It's location to the pool area and guest parking was perfect. The Mgmnt staff was super informative and responsive to any request or questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The beds are cozy and the house was decorated nicely. It was clean in all the right places but some missed things like water bottles under beds, socks in drawers... The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs!! Our crew had a sick family member and rhe staff was able to get us checked-in early so they could rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property and have enjoyed it immensely each time. It accommodates our 8 adults and 4 kids beautifully with room to gather and room to spread out. We love the amenities and well-stocked kitchen. We were disappointed that we couldn't get the grill to work but we were able to cook the burgers indoors on the griddle. We also had to be creative with playing pickleball as there were only 3 paddles but we made it work. We'll stay there again.

Roomy and clean

We had a wonderful time staying here with our family. Plenty of space for 11 of us. The teenagers loved having ping pong in the garage, and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball on site. It was easy to get to all the spots in St George that we wanted to visit

Other than the cleanliness... Also, the fan in the master bedroom doesn't work unless the light is on. This was a perfect stay for us! It was even right across from the pool.

We enjoyed the view from the balcony very much esp. in the evening. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Poolside Paradise

This property is AMAZING! The house and location were perfect for our stay. We had 5 adults and 12 softball players ranging from ages 16-18. The loft with bunk beds was the perfect area for the team. They had a great time just hanging out there and on the upper deck. The downstairs patio is also spacious with plenty of seating. This home has it all and I highly recommend it to sports teams wanting a “ Team house” or for a family and friends vacation home! The neighborhood is beautiful and only 7 minutes from town. Can’t wait to come back next year!
