PROPERTY:
✦ Main Level - Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa-sleeper and “virtual aquarium”. Patio door access to small outdoor deck. Great access to Community pool from here!
✦Middle level - Queen Bedroom and Full Bathroom (tub/shower combo)
✦Upper level - King Bedroom (sleeps 2) with balcony overlooking beach and pool. Full bathroom (tub/shower combo) Additional twin bunk area (sleeps 2) perfect for kids. (Snug if sleeping adults). Laundry room located on top floor.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
✦Bed linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs and gear, Bikes, Beach towels provided. The use of bikes and beach gear is completely complementary for guest(s) and is not included in the price paid for the townhome. Therefore no monies will be refunded if any item(s) malfunctions and can not be used during guest(s) stay.
✦ "Starter" toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags provided. Guests are asked to replenish items if additional is needed during their stay.

✦Townhouse is 1431 sq ft
✦Max 2 pets allowed under 50 pounds with non-refundable $100 pet fee
✦Host is not responsible for items left behind by guest.
✦Guest agree to follow check-out instructions:
*load dishwasher and turn on before check-out
*Take all trash to the dumpster (including any unwanted fridge items).
*Put all used towels in bathtubs

***IMPORTANT WAIVER OF LIABILITY - By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of the townhome and amenities, including but not limited to bikes, beach gear, bunk beds, community pool, grills, appliances, kitchen items have potential risks if used improperly, particularly in regards to children and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
