Amazing House!

This house is amazing. Great for large groups with amazing central space. Our group loved being beach front and we loved all the amenities the house came with from the pool table to the hot tub. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great place great time

Awesome location and great house. Clean and well supplied house. The pool and the hot tub are in a great location on the property that give you privacy yet you can still enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen and living area accommodates a large group easily. Great location on the island convenient to the center of town but far enough away to have a very private beach.

Great Trip

Awesome house with plenty of room. We had a large group with dogs and never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is fully furnished with all you need. The pool table was a great addition and the pool and hot tub were well kept and clean. We would definitely stay again.

A Turtle's Dream was dreamy!

I am giving it 5 stars because we loved the house, the location and had an amazing time with our 5 young adult kids ages 19-26. It really needs 4.5 stars because of a few little things that need to be addressed. 1.Several refridge and freezer shelves were broken. 2. The shower faucet in the shared bathroom and in outside shower were not working well. 3. It is a dog friendly house which we loved however, the sand spurs! No one mentioned them to us and there wasn't a fenced area for the dogs to go without stepping on them. It was painful and time consuming getting them off. 4. The rug under the pool table kept bunching up because the slip guard wasn't positioned properly, drove me nuts. I tripped over it 10 times. 5. Lastly, no broom!! How do you have a beach house without a broom? There was a vacuum which we used each day but a broom would be a nice addition. These are small little easy to fix things. . The house itself was perfect for 7 of us. 3 worked remotely for a few days and were able to take calls without hearing anyone in other rooms. The location- at 10! Close enough to bike to the town area and a 3 minute bike ride to watch the sunset. Bedrooms were all very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice to have and we used them. The pool table and long table were great for game nights and the gorgeous patio was amazing! Kitchen is very nice- we could cook together and was well stocked. Mgmt company was very responsive. I would rent this every year!!
