Great Location!

This unit is in a super location for our needs as we love the State Park and beaches. Also, the owner is an outstanding person to work with and superb communication. My only complain is that it's time for a facelift and some renovations. The unit is just showing it's age and the furnishings are as well. But for the price and location, it's hard to complain!

Great convenient location

This is a great little condo! It is near the pool, and even though it's not beachfront, it has a great view of the ocean from the porch. Well stocked and clean. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary trip. The townhouse was clean, well furnished, spacious, and comfortable. You can see the ocean from the deck & couch which is a must for me. It is perfect for just 2 people & you can’t beat the price!

Wonderful and Peaceful Beach Condo

My Husband my Mom and I stayed at this townhome, this place is perfect, very clean the decoration is amazing they have a very good taste, you have everything you need to prepare your meals, pans pots more than enough dishes and silverware. We used the grill at the pool and other guests were doing the same. We enjoyed the beach view from the little patio. Any question we had was answered very fast, we would love to go back soon Thanks for everything Julio.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation staying in this unit. The pool and beach seemed much closer than they appear in the pictures! Everything was provided for a great stay including chairs, umbrellas and beach towels! Check in was easy and owners were very friendly and helpful! Hope to stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The host was very accommodating and the condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location within the complex was excellent. The pool and the beach were just steps away from the back porch. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Great location

Property was clean but older and some things showed their age, like parking areas, deck and porch. The view from back porch is beautiful. The linens and furnishings were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have long but thoroughly enjoyed our time at St George Island!

Cute townhouse

Townhouse was nice, easy access to pool and beach. Leaving complex was tricky due to all the trucks and SUVs parked by the side of the road.

Great condo & location, BUT

Great condo & location, BUT maybe not for seniors. The sofa is terrible and desperately needs to be replaced. The coffee table is so heavy it would take two people to slide it aside. And retreating to the bedroom is not an option because the bed is twice the normal height and a step stool would have been nice. Overall SGI is still beautiful

Love St. George

Property was great! Had an issue with the hideaway bed, but the owners diligently responded and made everything right. Great people to work with. The place was very well kept and a pleasant place to stay when not on the beach. Facility was awesome! A few miles from the city center, but perfect spot on the beach, nice pool, and close to the state park. We will be back!

Peaceful retreat on SGI

St. George Island is a perfect place for anyone who wants to just relax at the beach. The condo complex is near the state park at the east of the island-this made early morning walks very perfectly serene. Our condo was exactly as pictured and the perfect size for two of us. The place is nicely furnished, kitchen is well-appointed, the grounds and pool were clean and there is a very short walk to the beach. Julio was very quick to answer and questions that we had and was very helpful when we had to leave due to Hurricane Idalia. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

300 Ocean Mile Doesn't Disappoint

This split level one bedroom condo is well appointed with a pool area/Gulf view. Nice balcony overlooks pool area and we watched dolphins swimming by while having breakfast. A big plus is private parking under the building, which makes it shaded. The bedroom is carpeted (not my favorite) and the bed is comfortable but very high for a short person. Water pressure is great and bathroom was clean but it hasnt been updated since the place was built. Ceilings are popcorn, too, so it's not a particularly swanky place. No water or ice in refrigerator door either. So nice, clean, and good location, but not posh.
