Welcome to Forcynthia, a hidden gem along the coast of the Apalachicola Bay! This stunning custom 4BR/4.5BA home offers Bay vistas from every room with panoramic views from the top floor deck.

Privately nestled at the end of Forsythia Trail on a 2-acre peninsular point, “For-Cynthia” is the epitome of elegant coastal living. With no neighboring homes, this secluded estate offers quality accommodations with modern luxuries.

The main floor opens into the living space with heart pine floors, vaulted ceiling and open beam structure. The gourmet kitchen boasts marble counter tops, stainless farmhouse sink and appliances, 5-burner gas range, wine cooler and separate ice maker. The comfortably furnished living room offers a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD player and telescope for ultimate star gazing.

The first of 3 master suites is a NW bedroom with King bed and access to the bayfront sundeck and screened patio. The adjoining master bathroom boasts a large, tiled marble shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks with a vanity and a walk-in closet.

The second of the 3 master suites is the SW bedroom with King bed and private bathroom with marble shower. The laundry closet with full size stacked washer/dryer and half bath separate these two bedrooms from the third master suite with King bed and private bathroom with marble shower.

The top floor bedroom or office has a day bed with trundle (2 singles), a private bathroom with shower and a writing desk facing the sunset. Doors open onto a covered deck and a sprawling sundeck furnished with loungers and dining table.

Underneath the home you will find covered parking for 2-4 vehicles and convenient covered entry. Beyond the carport is the entrance onto your private dock with kayak launch into a channel that leads toward the Bay. Please note, the boat lift is not available for use. Dock is suitable for flats or low draft boats.

Outdoor entertaining spaces include a seating area with porch swing and gas grill underneath the home, a furnished and screened patio area on the main floor and the expansive top floor viewing deck. A convenient elevator travels from the ground level to all floors.

As guests staying inside the St. George Plantation community, you can enjoy miles of bike paths, walking trails, access to fishing at Bob Sike’s Cut and being minutes from the serene Gulf beach. A second community pool is available at Resort Village and a scenic 11 minute walk from 'Forcynthia' will take you to the nearest community beach boardwalk or you may choose to park at the Plantation Clubhouse and walk across the street to the Gulf.
