Updated furnishings, decor, and appliances provide total modern comfort inside the home. The townhome is located on the quiet, east side of St. George Island, just a few blocks from the pristine beauty of Dr. Julian G. Bruce State Park. The St. George Island Lighthouse & Museum, bars, shops, groceries, and local dining options are less than four miles away.

A decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV frame the family gatherings in the living room. Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan home-cooked meals. Both bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy. Each one includes a smart TV and balcony access. The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
