The dock rocks!

This was a great house for a family get together. We had 3 individual families and my mother in-law here and we loved it. The pool heater and the hot tub weren't working, but we still enjoyed the patio area and absolutely LOVED the dock areas. There is plenty of room to be together or to sneak away for some quiet time. We saw lots of porpoises off the dock.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice week, 2 main issues that would have made our stay better were the loss of use of the hot tub and the gas grill not being available for 90% of our stay. The dryer also ate anything with a string, so you should have it checked on, we lost 3 bathing suits to the toothy monster.

Beautiful home, but in need of some repairs. Air condition was very inconsistent, refrigDecks outdoor pool area looked like looked like just opened up. All outdoor furniture had not be n cleaned in a while. Black stone grill took over an hour to clean. was great! You

Gulf Coast Vacation Properties have The greatest attention to detail and exceptional customer service to ensure their clients are satisfied. I asked for the house to be impeccably clean for my immune compromised father-in-law's 90th Birthday Celebration and so it was. One minor service call was immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Thank you for making this important milestone celebration a success. See you next year!

Our party was 5 college age young adults with parents and grandparents. The location on the cut was amazing because we love fishing and knew we could catch a lot right off the dock of this property. The sunsets were SO beautiful from the many levels of decks and the amenities were great for what we needed. The pool and hot tub were also perfect. It was a great stay.
