「My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years. 」

「Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner worked great and cooled the room with ease, which is extremely important this time of year in Florida. The beds were comfortable. There is coffee available at the front office. The family that manages the property lives on site, and are kind and polite. This is a wonderful place to stay, in a convenient location to town and beaches, that will not break your budget. 」

「This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location.」

「The place was very clean and neat , only thing i would suggest would be made new grill it didnt want to light without using a liter , but it was ok. Everything else was perfect for us.」
