「We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful when they can. I was only there for 1 day on a layover but the hospitality from the front desk and also the bellman made me say I’d come again.」
「The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking.」
