The property was very good except the washing machine did not work and sadly the bus stop opposite had buses stopping often which spoiled the view. I did lock myself out once by mistake - perhaps the yale lock could be changed so that when you leave you have to lock the door behind yourself. My daughter (who was staying in upper Admiral ) had trouble contacting someone as it was out of hours but once she had managed to chat to someone the problem was solved by a handyman coming with a set of keys.
