The woodwork ceiling, designed to bring both areas together, amplifies the snug cottage feel. Feeling creative from your surroundings? Guests are invited to take advantage of the writing nook, nestled in the corner of the living space. Step into the lower ground floor bespoke kitchen and dining area featuring handcrafted cabinetry, sleek Dekton worktops and high-end appliances. This space is complimented by the artisan tiles and brushed brass fittings, further adding to the warmth and character. By maximising every inch through integrated fittings allows guests to gather around the central island bar, creating a memorable dining experience. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including two integrated mid-height electric ovens and a steamer oven on the back wall, four ring induction hob with a central extractor, fridge freezer, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and washer dryer. On the lower ground floor, guests are also invited to open out the exterior shutters revealing a full-length window looking down to The Wharf.
