“I'm always a little skeptical when I see only positive reviews listed, but will tell you the Cozy Beach Studio is a gem! I cannot express enough how much we loved our little getaway. Jason, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions and is absolutely the kindest person. The little cottage was sooo clean and this is coming from someone who is very over the top on a clean home. I, 100%, recommend booking a stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and anywhere you may want to explore.”

“We originally booked at another property with Navigate. My son was going to come down separately so they moved us to a property w/ 2 parking spaces. Wayne & Brandon were outstanding hosts! Location is outstanding, near great restaurants (Nollies taco house, Stoked, Sea Witch) and just off the boardwalk. Beach was a (very) short walk. Unobstructed view of the beach and dunes. In my opinion, best location in Carolina Beach, and outstanding hosts!”
