We have been to St. Thomas a few times now. We really enjoyed our stay. The location provided easy access to everything we wanted. The views were spectacular and the home was very comfortable.

Beautiful Property

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Blue Dolphin. The back patio with pool were stunning at sunset. The kitchen was also noteworthy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Great stay. Home was convenient to town. A car is needed to travel to the beaches or dining out. Home had good parking for two vehicles. Great pool and view from deck.

Blue Dolphin Experience

The Blue Dolphin was even better than the listing. Beautiful home, filled with everything we needed, from cozy beds to bath and beach towels, chairs, coolers, tvs, air conditioning, etc Highly recommend!! Also in great area of Cruz Bay. Owners and house manager super helpful!

Great House!!

Our family of 5 came for spring break and had an amazing time!! The house was great and was absolutely as advertised. Close enough to town to be easily accessed but just far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic Rental Home

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. Great accommodations just as the property description states. The pool and patio area is where we enjoyed most of our time! Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Blue Dolphin. The house was spacious with a fantastic view and location, in the hills above the Westin. The patio, pool and cabana area and outside dining made for relaxing afternoons/evenings after the beach. JP was also a great property manager, responsive and helpful to us as we navigated our first visit to St. John. We hope to come back!

Great location and beautiful house

We had 2 couples to enjoy the Blue Dolphin for 5 nights. The property manager, JP, was very accomodating and helpful when one of our couples had a travel delay. JP was a gracious host that made us feel at home immediately. The house is wonderful and the infinity edge pool is perfect. Grill worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. AC worked well and the drive to the house is easy compared to many on St. John! Easy access to the Westin where a number of boat charters operate out of. Would book here again in a heartbeat.

Blue Dolphin is a little piece of Heaven!

The outdoor terrace and pool are delightful! We loved our time enjoying the view!!! The villa is updated with beautiful decor! There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The owners and property manager were phenomenal with giving us suggestions and helping our stay be the best it could be! If you’re looking for a relaxing time this is the villa for you!

Fantastic house. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was great. The whole house was great. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The only issue was the water pressure was really slow. Might just be an island thing but could only take one shower at a time.

Great Trip and Great House!

This was a great property, just as advertised! The views were spectacular. The kitchen was roomy and had all the necessities. The property manager made check-in a breeze and was responsive. Check out the Iguana's in the trees, they were fun to watch. They come out to eat around 3:30 or 4:00! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

Dolphin Villa Feb 2025

We had a great stay in February 2025. The patio and pool looking over Great Cruz bay and out towards St. Thomas was fantastic. Beautiful sunsets every day! The house layout was great for us. 4 bedrooms on the main level and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were nicely stocked. My only advice point would be use bug spray! This is more of an environmental thing than about this villa but our family did struggle a lot with no-see-um bites. But we were outside and at the beaches nearly every day. So book this place and don’t forget to use your reef safe sunscreen and bug spray!

Stunning Villa

This is our second visit to St. John and love the island vibe. The villa is absolutely beautiful! The outdoor patio/pool/view is stunning and the pool is warm! The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The extra ice machine was a bonus! The villa was so comfortable and nice option to have A/C available throughout entire villa vs just bedrooms. Nice touches throughout and would definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved our house and it was exactly as the listing said. I can’t wait to come back!

The communication with anyone involved with the property was immediate and so helpful. The manager even checked on a broken purse I forgot to toss out, asking if he needed to mail it back! Amazing people and a spectacular house!

Blue Dolphin Villa St John

We recently stayed at Blue Dolphin Villa and had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and we enjoyed spending time outside in the pool and lounging chairs. The location was perfect for exploring the island, as it was close to several beautiful beaches. We also appreciated the tips and recommendations provided by the host. Paradise in St. John

The Blue Dolphin property was great! The view of Great Cruz Bay from the deck was spectacular and we enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool. The kitchen was large and well appointed. Loved the extra ice maker! We cooked several dinners and grilled outside. Nice living room and bar area, too! 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect for our family. The property manager was very attentive and gave great tips for local restaurants and beaches, etc.
