「I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.」

「It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! First, that it's valet parking only. 30 dollars a night plus tax, but you don't get any warning until you get there. The site said valet was AVAILABLE, not ONLY, and it's inconvenient because you have to request your vehicle every time even if you just forgot to take something out of the car.
