However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.
Waterford Valley is described as an affluent, well-established neighbourhood in the west end of St. John’s. The Neighborhood offers a charming mix: heritage homes, mature trees, and a natural green corridor (thanks to the river that runs through), which gives it a park‑like feel. You’re close to amenities: shops, services, schools, yet still in a setting that leans toward residential calm
Guests will have full access to the home via a keyed access. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to check-in. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and essentials are provided for your stay.
Bedrooms:
This spacious home features two cozy bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep with 2 queen beds perfect for families or groups.

1 full bathroom for your convenience.

Relax in a warm, inviting living area with comfortable seating and a TV great for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring.
