The only slight criticism is the room doors are so heavy, I realise they have to meet fire safety regulations, that a lot people just enter rooms and let them slam later at night. The occupant(s) next door to us did this and we almost got bounced back out of bed as not only very loud it shook the whole room. Maybe just putting signs on the doors and warning people might help. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of options. I felt that the dinner option I had was a bit “nouveau cuisine”, lots on the plate but not much there. But what was there was very well prepared.
Spa was very pleasant, although a bit of a shame that the steam room was out of order, as well as the lift to the spa.
