"We had a wonderful time at the Koi Resort St Kitts. From the moment we stepped out of the airport we were warmly received and taken directly to the hotel. Check in was smooth and quick with some of the best customer service I've experienced at front desk. A special thank you to Kayla & Shealiyah. The restaurant delivered some amazing food that we both really enjoyed. The Spa was very refreshing and we really enjoyed our massages as well. Thank you to Sophia for making that happen. We will definitely be back in the near future! "

"Alex & Annie were very professional, courteous, kind and helpful during my 7-day stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Alex & Annie willingly answered all my questions about St Kitts, places to visit around the island, and most importantly, places to eat and have fun. The location is perfect! Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town. "The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre hotel. "
