「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「We were over the moon to get a room on the top floor, the view from our bedroom window was amazing!
The bed was super comfy.
The TV didn't work and the floors/under the bed and high surfaces weren't clean (some dust) but the rest of the room was perfect.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Would recommend staying. 」
