Supurb service during check in, with Shay. All questions were answered and expedited customer support. Room and sheets were clean. Only suggestion, is to have at least vegetarian or non pork options for meats.

The staff was the best part of the stay! And the cleaning staff were friendly! But my room was only cleaned once and when I requested new towels never got them! Downtown area of STL filled with lots of homeless people so the hotel was fully guarded with security that is a very telling sign that the ...
