We love the CWE and this charming well appointed perfectly situated property. A short walk to all the Euclid, Lindell restaurants. A quick Uber ride to see the Cards. Would definitely stay again.
We visited for the weekend and absolutely loved the location. The property was perfect for our son and loved walking up and down the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute easy drive from the zoo. I will stay here again if we come back.
The townhome was gorgeous and comfortable! The location was perfect! It was great to arrive the night of snow and ice to shoveled and salted walk way.
The management company was responsive to my seemingly endless questions.
Will definitely book with them again!
Apartment is in an amazing location. Property needs some work (gaps in floor, scuffs etc). This property is connecting to another with shared entrance. There is very poor sound insulation and you can hear every word and movement of other tenants. Also the owner had great communication but we could not figure out the tv and remotes were extremely hard to work. I own a vacation rental and would recommend instructions in the property. But that all being said location and b neighborhood is ideal!

Overall good but a couple issues
Master bed mattress uncomfortable. Master bed side tables had a lot of trash in them. Difficulty getting TV downstairs to work & it ended up the remote was in the upstairs bedroom & needed to be switched but that took a couple of days to figure out & a lot of time and frustration. Some of the K-pods caused a huge mess so we were anxious about using the Keurig and didn't buy coffee from the store because there were K-pods (cheap K-pods are the cause).
Loved the lay out of main floor on 1 level and bedrooms on a different level. Had the above issues not been there it would have been perfect. Loved the location!

The unit was fresh, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent, both for access to the venue we were in town to attend and in general to the lovely neighborhood of Central West End. We had a minor issue with water pressure and the management had maintenance come round and solve it speedily.
Wanted a safe stay for my family that was close enough to the zoo & union station for easy travel. This place was more than perfect for that! Even had a cute little wine bar across the road for mom & dad 😉 highly recommend!
This place was amazing in a great location. You can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location has a great friendly vibe. If I ever travel to St. Louis again this will be my choice for lodging.
Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked, no issues. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was the guest ranger app that you need to do before you arrive. But the hosts were great and helped me with that. Plus, would be fun to have a little table and chairs in the front for hanging out.
Great place with a central location for touring around St Louis.
We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was a good location for us, and there were many good restaurants nearby. Most had takeout. One suggestion, it would be great to light the entry to the building, as it is hard to see the numbers in the keypad in the dark. Beds were very comfortable!
