Wonderful home/Great location

This was our 2nd holiday week at this lovely brownstone apartment. The home is beautifullyoutfitted for a long stay ..great and well equipped kitchen, well furnished living and diningrooms, 3 bedrooms and two tiled baths.

Beautiful location in a good neighborhood

This is a beautiful old home location in a nice neighborhood. The owners were great to work with. Plenty of room and lots of accommodations. Will be looking to stay again when we travel to the area.

Great spot for a family weekend vacation

Cozy and still large enough for all of us. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud at night, but we managed. Great location with the park and access to downtown.

Excellent stay

Great location with walkable streets to the botanical gardens, cute cafes and more. Home had all the amenities we needed including all the streaming channels, kitchen accessories and more. Super clean and nicely decorated, neighbors were super friendly too! Great 5 day stay for my family of 5.

A great home base for our family trip to St. Louis

The first thing we noticed was that the place felt even bigger than it was described! It was great having the ability to park right out front or in the designated spot in the alley behind the building. The neighborhood felt safe and easy to get to and from everything we needed to do. The entire unit was very updated and kind of felt like an IKEA store. Everything was clean and well put together when we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat at least one meal per day in the unit. Dishwasher and laundry was easy to use and worked great. Seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was 10 to 15 minutes away so it was just perfectly situated and if we go back to St. Louis, we will be staying here again!

Great location

We had a great time staying here. The location is convenient for everything in the city and we felt really comfortable and safe here. I wasn't a huge fan of having to go through an outside site and being required to give a lot of my personal info prior to going. I did not realize this would be a thing until after I had booked. You also paying outside of vrbo which I did notice listed after I booked but I had never encounter that before so I didn't know to look for it. I did try to contact the management once with a question and never heard anything back, thankfully we were able to figure out the answer on our own. I think this is a difference of it being run by a company vs a private owner. That said, the place was well maintained, in a nice area and we enjoyed it.

Great residence & great location in STL

Very pretty, well equipped, clean and spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath! Plenty of on-street parking for our two vehicles. (Or adult daughter owns a home on this street, so it was extra convenient! Soft deluxe bedding, nice decor, stocked kitchen with everything you would need, including snack basket, K-cups, plenty of dish soap, papertowels, laundry detergent, etc. (best stocked rental we've ever had!). Easy to work, LARGE Roku TVs. The only complication we had was locating the thermostat -- but mgmt returned my text ASAP and told me where to locate. I would appreciated early check in, but there were other guest checking out on the same day. Rental was VERY clean. Too cold to venture out in the backyard, but looked like a pretty space. This is a great location in STL - near Botanical Gardens, The Grove, Forest Park, etc. We will definitely rent here again!

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay very much. The one small issue was the need to get into the house an hour early as grand parents needed time to prepare for function. Cleaning staff and management weren’t on the same page. In the end we got in 20 min early so that helped a little. All in all the property was great and very convenient to where we needed to be.

Cheap locks on the door made us feel unsafe. Neighbor hood was average although there was a officer involved police shooting Saturday morning. Black hair everywhere. All over the bed. Stains on wash clothes and on bed cover. We could only use the sheets. Living room needs more seating.
